Her A/N: Hello! My name is Just-AWESOME-old-me. I've seen other 'sick' stories and, well, I thought they were all crappy. So, I kinda wanted to do my own 'sick' story, to see if I could do better then the others! This story takes place after PJO but before HoO. So, I guess now enjoy the story!
My A/N: She wrote this, I post it, yeah. All I did was edit the errors! She told me to take credit for the title but it was actually her idea!
Disclaimer: We do not own Percy Jackson and the Olympians nor The Heroes of Olympus. We also don't own The Hunger games.
Prologue:
Annabeth's POV:
". . . which is bright red from the cold. Her teeth are crooked and there's a strawberry birthmark over one of her chocolate brown eyes. This is no Peacemaker. No citizen of the Capital, either. "Who are you?" I ask wari - Uggggggg Percy!" I put the book down.
Percy was right where I last saw him - which was a few chapters back - but now his eye lids cover his unique sea-green eyes, and there was a trail of drool going from his mouth to my leg. While his head lay on my right thigh, the rest of his body was resting peacefully on his bed.
I sighed and studied his face more.
Little beads of sweat dotted his forehead and his eye brows were crest. A small frown planted itself upon his face.
Bad dreams. I thought sadly.
His jet-black hair - as messy as ever- covered most of his face, but his flushed cheeks were still visible.
I frowned at that.
All day, Percy's cheeks were picker then they should be. He was coughing more and he seemed to be tired. Every time I asked if he was okay he would always reply "Never better!" with a smile.
I wasn't so sure.
"Annabeth . . . ."
That pulled me out of my thoughts. I looked down at Percy.
His eyes were closed and the trail of drool was still there. He's talking in his sleep.
"Nooo . . . ."
Now I started getting worried, so I gently sweeped his hair out of his face, only to stop half way. His forehead . . . .
His forehead was really hot.
My heart quickened as I realized the truth. The forehead, the cheeks, the coughing. Perseus Jackson, Hero of Olympus, was sick.
NOOO! NOT THAT!
