A canoe boat was seen making it's way through the village with a couple on it as they look down at each other and smile as suddenly an explosion knocks them off their boat as they fall into the ocean as bank robbers were seen running out of the bank and board a speedboat and speeds away through the village as the bank robbers cheer.
"We're rich!" one of the bank robbers cheered as police sirens were heard as they turn around to notice police boats driving after them.
"Heads up boys we got company!" one of the bank robbers shouted out as they chase through the city as a figure was seen on the rooftops to reveal it was a Vaporeon and then ran through the rooftop and then landed on another roof and leaps off it and lands on an umbrella and leaps off that and lands on a police boat.
"Who are you?" a policeman asked the Vaporeon before she looked at the policeman with a raised eyebrow and hopped off the boat and swims towards the bank robber's boat and then hopped onto it.
"VAPOREON!" one of the bank robber shouted out before they start shooting at the Vaporeon as she dives off the boat and swims under it as the bank robbers look around under the boat.
"WHERE IS IT?" one of the bank robbers shouted out as the other bank robbers look around as the Vaporeon rises from the water and headbutts one of them before spin kicking another one who falls off the boat and lands in the water as another bank robber aims at Vaporeon's head.
"You're going down Vaporeon" the bank robber said to the Vaporeon who then turns and faces the bank robber before breathing water on the bank robber who gets knocked to the floor as the Vaporeon kicks him in the face knocking him out as the Vaporeon walks up to the engine and pulls the lever which makes the boat stop as the Vaporeon went flying off the boat and lands in the water as the police arrive on the boat and walk up to the robber and looks down at him.
"Thanks to that mysterious Vaporeon, we got you red handed" the policeman said before handcuffing the robber.
The Vaporeon swims under the water and then comes across a cave and goes out of it and then climbs out a hole to reveal a living room and then shakes the water off her before walking towards a couch and then jumps on it and sits on it and picks up the remote and presses the play button on it which turns the tv on which was playing a sad movie as her phone rings as she gets up and makes her way to the phone and answers it.
"Hello?" the Vaporeon asked.
"Vaporeon, good work on your help to stop the human pa lease" a voice from the phone asked.
"Thank you sir" the Vaporeon replied.
A Pikachu wearing a tie was seen wandering through an office while holding a phone.
"Yeah well, don't sweat it, we have Pokemon agents in each city, trying to protect the humans without ever getting caught by Pokeballs, which can be a bit of a problem with us, as we remember those who were lost to the Pokeballs" the Pikachu said and enters his office and sits down at the desk.
"So do you have any missions for me sir?" the Vaporeon's voice asked from the phone.
"Nothing yet, but will we contact you later on, hope you enjoy your time in Venice, and i believe your summer break should be starting soon with the rest of us, by the way i need you back at base right now, i got a new rookie that needs to be trained, who's going to be your new partner so hope you go easy on the kid" the Pikachu spoke to the phone.
"Sir i can manage these missions on my own" the Vaporeon's voice spoke from the phone.
"Vaporeon, every agent here, needs a partner, so you either train this new partner of yours, or else you're getting demoted!" the Pikachu threatened before hanging up.
The Vaporeon puts the phone down.
"What am i gonna do, i can't have no partner going around observing the stuff, i can do this alone, ah who am i kidding" the Vaporeon said before hopping off the couch and walks up to a desk and presses a lamp as a bookcase opens up to reveal an elevator as the Vaporeon enters it which then speeds off through tunnels really fast before stopping as the elevator doors open up to reveal the same office the Pikachu was in as she steps out of the elevator and wanders around.
"Ah Vaporeon, glad to see you made it" a voice said as Vaporeon turns to notice Pikachu and Togepi walking up to them.
"Vaporeon, meet your new partner, Togepi" Pikachu said.
"Togepi, sir is this some kind of joke, i cannot work with a Togepi" Vaporeon said who notices a glare coming from the Pikachu as she sighs.
"Fine, i'll work with the Togepi" Vaporeon said.
"Good, now make sure the Togepi gets comfy back in Venice, you'll find out your mission first thing in the morning" Pikachu said before walking off.
"So are you my new partner and trainer?" Togepi asked.
"Yes, yes i am, but leave the dangerous stuff to me, you might get hurt on your first mission, and the boss won't be happy if that happens" Vaporeon said before Togepi attempts to climb up onto Vaporeon who notices and grabs the Togepi and gently puts her down.
"Hey, no back rides" the Vaporeon said before walking off as the Togepi waddles off after her.
The duo come out of the elevator back at Vaporeon's place as Togepi looks around.
"Whoa, is this your place, it looks spotless" the Togepi said while looking around as Vaporeon walks past her.
"Yeah well, don't touch anything valuable" the Vaporeon said as the Togepi's stomach was heard grumbling.
"When was the last time you ate kid?" the Vaporeon asked.
"Since yesterday" the Togepi replied.
"SINCE YEST…!" the Vaporeon shouted out before sighing.
"I know a good place we can have a bite at, it's on the house, but don't think i gone soft on you yet" the Vaporeon said as the Togepi smiles.
