It was just the beginning and I could tell that it would be hard, but here I was, in front of me was a monster the size of slide, people started to scream that someone had a gun, but I didn't see a gun and things were starting to get weird and that was pissing me off, the boys at my school all came over to me to protect me, then the school jock grabbed my arm and pulled me out of the way were the beast tried to kill me.

"Zoe we need to get out of here you are not safe and…." He paused and I was about to say something when I saw a glow coming from behind the monster, then it exploded, then when I looked over it was the quiet guy that never talked much and didn't really had any friends, I think his name was Percy.

"Percy… thanks the gods you are here I didn't see you at all at school I thought you went back to camp…. Um the girl wont listen the to me." He tried to say quietly.

"Zoe thanks the gods you are safe we need to leave now." He said then I cut him off.

"Wait before I go anywhere tell me what the hell just went on back there and who are what or who are you people."

"Well for starters, you know me I am Grover and this is Percy." He said as he pointed to the guy that was starring at me, before I would think this was gross but know that I look he was actually cute. I smiled as I looked at him and he smiled back, I felt myself blush and looked away.

"Well what just happened was, you are a half-blood, they are half human half god…well what I mean is the Greek gods and all that stuff it is all real, you have a mortal parent and a god or goddess parent. Half-bloods can be very powerful depending on who your parent is, I have a mother who is human and my father is Poseidon god of the sea. And well, since the size of that monster you must have a powerful parent. Do you have a mom or a dad?"

"…Mom…" I managed to choke out. I was so surprised with all this news and I new that I was special but to be a half-blood that is scary.

"Ok we need to get to camp and we will figure everything out." I was so surprised so I agree and went along. We got a taxi and Percy pulled out a lot of money.

"Wait I need to talk to my mom first…'

"No we need to get to camp right away, we will call her later.

I took us a while to get to nowhere. Then Percy told the guy to stop and handed him a lot of money, he told me to get out and I did. Once the car was gone Grover and Percy started to walk up the hill.

"Where are we going." I asked, then Percy pointed and that's when I saw the camp. It was beautiful. It was surrounded by woods and had twelve cabins in a U shape, they each had a symbol that represented one of the gods, there was an archery place by the woods and tall buildings, I think one was an arena and the other was an old house. In the middle of the camp was a garden where wine and many others things grow. Then we walked down the hill and into the big white old house.

"Chiron this is Zoe, she is a half-blood, we brought her here because we were attacked and that can only mean one thing, that she is a daughter of the power of the three, like me." Then there was a glow over my head of a lightning bolt and this symbol I knew and that could only mean one thing, I was a daughter of Zeus.

The next day Percy showed me everything and we talked I blushed and he showed me my cabin. It was beautiful until a girl walked in to the room.

"Percy Jackson who the hell is in my room?" yelled the girl. She was sort of pretty and she was dressed in scene clothes, she looked she jumped out of a gothic catalog. She stepped closer and looked at me up and down I felt very uncomfortable.

"Well Percy is you going to tell me who this is?" she asked.

'Well…um this is your new half sister…Zoe." He said as he looked at me and smiled. Then the girl and I said in unison.

"WHAT"
