Ahhh hello! :D

I did this after see one beautiful drawing by Carula, sooooo credits to her for giving me inspiration.

Oh and spoilers by chapter 3 of Shikamaru Hiden! ;D

Good Memory

— Mom, have you cried someday?

The question was asked in a innocently and curious way, attracting not only the attention of Temari but of Shikamaru as well. He seemed to wake from his nap on the couch, opening his eyes and looking at his wife, waiting for her answer.

— Yes, of course. In your birth. — She replied in a simply way, shrugging and launching a fun look at Shikamaru. — Although your dad has cried many times more than I do.

He snorted, rolling his eyes, but said nothing.

— No, not that way. Cry like this doesn't account. — Shikadai said, still not satisfied with the answer that he got. — I want to know if you ever cried with sadness.

— Oh yes, when your dad acted like an idiot before we are together. He made me very sad, you know… — she said teasing her husband, looking at him.

Shikamaru looked away from her, staring at something much more interesting on the floor in front of him, clearly embarrassed by the course of the conversation.

— Really? What you did, dad? — Shikadai asked his dad, looked at him in a curious way.

— We really need to remember that? — He was very strange and when I offered help he ignored and acted in a pretty stupid way. — Temari would never forget that day after all.

— Wow, why you did this? — Shikadai asked his dad again and yet without any answers from him, since Shikamaru decided to pretend he wasn't listening to the conversation.

— Well, I was really sad about it in that day and even cried a lot… — Temari said in an exaggerated way, still teasing. — But then I hitted a punch right in your father's face that made him fly away and to regret acting that way with me. — She turned to her son, raising her fist and smiling in a frightening way.

This time it was the boy who flinched when saw the expression she made. Temari was a really scary woman. And from that day forward Shikadai promised himself he would never let his mom angry (or sad). You never know what she's capable of.

— You will never forget it, right? — Shikamaru croaked to his wife, regretting a lot for that fateful day.

— Be quiet, cry baby.

Shikamaru grunted again after hear the nickname. It wasn't enough to be a troublesome woman, his wife also had a great memory to remind him forever for those days while he wants to forget.

I really swear that one day I'll return with a bigger fanfic, not just a little drabble hahah =X
