You shout it loud, but I can't hear a word you say

I'm talking loud, not saying much

I'm criticized, but all your bullets ricochet

You shoot me down, but I get up

Rose didn't bother listening to Scorpius' complaints about her. She talked too much, she was an overachiever, and she never took time to look nice. By now she was used to it. Sure, it made her feel bad, but tuning it out made everything better.

I'm bulletproof, nothing to lose

fire away, fire away

ricochet, you take your aim

fire away, fire away

you shoot me down, but I won't fall

I am titanium

you shoot me down, but I won't fall

I am titanium

"Say it again Scor," Rose threatened. "Tell me how ugly I look today." Scorpius looked at her.

"You look ugly today," Scorpius said. A tear came into Rose's eye. Rose nodded, then got up from the Ravenclaw table, and started walking away. Albus called after her, but she kept walking. She didn't need Scorpius. Every time Scorpius criticized her, she just ignored it. She wasn't going to fall at his feet.

I'm bulletproof, nothing to lose

Fire away, fire away ricochet,

You take your aim

Fire away, fire away

[You shoot me down, but I won't fall

I am titanium

You shoot me down, but I won't fall

I am titanium
I am titanium
I am titanium

Scorpius wasn't worth it. She was stronger than that. She was bulletproof, whatever he said bounced off her. Every time he criticized her, she would just slap him right back, metaphorically or literally. She heard footsteps come from behind her.

"Rose?" Scorpius. Rose stopped in her tracks.

"What do you want Scor," she hissed. Scorpius came over, and kissed her.

Stone hard, machine gun

Fired at the ones who run

Stone hard, as bulletproof glass

Rose stood there for a moment. Her first impulse was to run, the second, to cry. But she wasn't going to let Scorpius treat her like that anymore. It would be worse if she ran. She knew she had to options: slap him, or kiss him. Rose bit her lip, as Scorpius looked at her, waiting for a response. She didn't want to give in. It was almost as bad as running away. But she liked Scor. Which did she value more, her pride or Scorpius?

You shoot me down, but I won't fall

I am titanium

You shoot me down, but I won't fall

I am titanium

You shoot me down, but I won't fall

I am titanium

You shoot me down, but I won't fall

I am titanium

"You've criticized me," Rose said, glaring at him. "You've hurt me on the inside; you kiss me to make it better. You disgust me Scorpius Malfoy." Scorpius' face fell. "Yet, something in me tells me to kiss you back." Scorpius' eyes brightened. "But I cant. I'll fight that little voice because there is no way that me and you would EVER do well together." Rose turned away, until Scorpius called out.

"Will you reconsider?" he asked his voice small.

I am titanium.

"Never," Rose spat, and walked away, a single tear, falling down her face.
