Ok, I have two versions of this. This is the version with Will in it(boo, but just to please everyone…). I personally prefer the other version better, but I know some people think JJ and Will are meant for each other x_x so here it is. Enjoy.

He knew he had screwed up. He knew it the moment JJ had looked into his eyes, her own reflecting hurt and agony. Hurt and agony he had put there.

Spencer raked a hand through his hair, trying to make himself get out of the car. Sure, she had said everything was fine at Rossi's. She had put on a brave smile, pretended everything was fine between them. But he could still tell she was hurting, and it was his fault.

He forced himself to get out of the car, not even sure what he wanted to say yet. He had drove around aimlessly for hours, trying to figure out what to do. He knew that she wouldn't just forgive him and pretend like nothing ever happened, but he had to try to make it right.

Locking the car, Spencer made his way up the steps towards her door and knocked softly, waiting patiently. He didn't except her to answer, he had to try though. Finally he heard the door unlock and it opened to reveal a scowling Will. Henry was on his hip, nearly asleep, his little arms wrapped around his father's neck.

"Spencer." His voice was cold, with good reason too. JJ had told him all about how Spencer had been treating her. He had held her why she cried over losing a friend, and the be honest, he wasn't happy to see that man standing on their door step. "What do you need?" JJ had come home crying, saying how things would never be the same, how it was her fault. That had fueled his anger towards him.

"Can I talk to JJ?"

"I don't know, can you?" He frowned.

"I need to talk to her. Please?"

"If she wants to talk, then she will. I'm not making her."

"I'm not asking you to."

"Wait here."

Will went upstairs, lying Henry is his bed before continuing to their bedroom. He knocked softly, just in case JJ was already asleep.

"Yeah?" She sighed, sitting up.

"Spencer's here. Says he wants to talk. I can make him go away," He threatened. She smiled and got up, giving him a warm hug,

"It's alright, Will." She reached up and gave him a kiss. "I won't be long."

"I'll hold you to that," He chuckled before lying down, stretching out.

JJ walked downstairs, not sure what he wanted. He had already apologized, but he still seemed distant at Rossi's house. Was he here to say what he couldn't say there? That there was no hope for them being friends again?

She fought off her tears and opened the door to find him sitting on the bottom step. "Spencer," She down beside him, "What do you need?"

"To talk."

"We've already talked."

"I know that JJ, but I also know you're still upset. I can't tell you how sorry I am," He started, sounding miserable. "I was mad at everyone, I was feeling betrayed. Instead of thinking, I let me emotions run wild. It wasn't right of me, I know better than to do that. Not only did I hurt everyone else on the team, I hurt my best friend," He said, staring at his feet. "I'm really sorry, JJ. I've just always came to you with my problems, and I guess out of habit I turned my anger on you. I am so sorry." He sighed, lying his head in his hands.

JJ watched him for a long time, not sure what to say. She finally laid a hand on his back and he looked at her, his own eyes moist. He didn't want to lose the person who had grown to be his best friend.

"Please forgive me?"

"I already have, Spence." She said softly before pulling him into a hug. "I understand."

"Thanks, JJ." He returned her hug, grateful that he had gotten a second chance.
