So yes... this is another Dair fic, not really though because it's just a moment made longer through writing. no romance or anything.... so please enjoy.
She was looking at him.
Her eyes gazing at him with curiosity. She doesn't know him.
But he did.
That's why when her deep hazel eyes met his, he stopped on his tracks… and for some reason, time did too.
His writer instincts, that he never knew he had, was ordering him to analyze the beauty of this frozen picture.
He stared at her.
While his eyes were studying the different part of her face, his mind was searching for ways to turn them into words.
Her red-blood lips.
Her ivory complexion that seem to glow, even in the rain and dark clouds that was covering the Manhattan skyline… And her eyes…
He realized that she was crying. He hadn't noticed before because of the rain drops masking her tears. Now, he was observing her with more interest than ever.
He could see that she was hurt. And when he was just about to figure out why, the trick of time ended.
She turned around and started running away.
He stood there, watching as she get into a cab and get lost in the crowded streets of New York.
The rain stopped. He got his school notebook and flipped to a blank page.
He started writing what happened. He wrote everything in complete detail, knowing that he'll probably never see her again… or never see her like that again…
That piece of paper is still with him. At the bottom of the top drawer lies the paper of his first experience in writing.
Not a story, just a paragraph. A paragraph about that fateful night, under a mild storm, in the middle of the busy streets of Manhattan, he saw a girl… the girl that made him realize his future as a writer.
Every time he reads the words in the crumpled paper with ripped edges, he remembers the first time he saw the real her.
The real Blair Waldorf.
SEE... I wrote a name... I know that it's only one name, but at least...
This is a fic that was inspired by my classmate who was sitting in front of me and looking at me. So yeah... she was kinda upset that day... so the result is this fic. Okay anyways... thank you for reading and reviews are very much appreciated.
(Yeah I also don't put disclaimers cause GG is obviously not mine... because if I own it why bother do a fic..... but for the sake of putting a disclaimer....)
I do not own Gossip Girl or its characters... only this fic. (maybe I should put that at the beginning...)
