A/N: Yay! Marluxia fan fiction! Doesn't have TOO much to do with The Secrets of Oblivion other than Diana is in it. *Wink wink* and I gave Marluxia an organ… Don't hurt me!! And if you would like to hear his song, listen to Forgotten Challenge from Kingdom Hearts: ReCoM. I do not own the song, sadly… But please enjoy, and review!!

Amongst the Blood Red Roses

Marluxia was as graceful with his organ as he was with his Graceful Dahlia. His fingers glided across the keyboards and out flowed a haunting minor melody that filled every flower in his garden. The blood red roses fed off the music, and the skies began to darken just a little. One dark rose reached from the many that covered his organ and grazed his cheek. Marluxia was focused on nothing but his music at that moment.

In his head, Marluxia was putting together his symphony. The percussion beat against his head, while a violin gave a short but beautiful few measures of contribution. He closed his eyes and let his voice gently rise from his throat. His tenor voice blended perfectly with the music in his head. His roses could hear the music themselves, and they rejoiced, growing around trees and swaying ever so slightly with the music. His body and soul belonged to his music.

His masterpiece was disturbed by a figure in blue reflected in what he could see of the organ pipes. He halted and turned slowly to face it. He saw it was Diana, and he gave a small smile. Diana's face grew frightened and she clutched her hands to her rising and falling chest when she saw that Marluxia did not seem like himself. He stayed facing her as she cautiously came toward him. She sat down on his left and took his hand.

"Are you ok? You don't seem like yourself at all," Diana asked with a sincerely concerned look on her face.

"Of course I am! Did you think I was possessed by the organ?" Marluxia chuckled, putting his free hand to her face. In truth, she did, but she would never tell him that.

"I didn't know that you played the organ. It was really beautiful," She told him, snuggling into his hand.

"I haven't played in a long time, but I'm glad that you enjoyed it!" He replied. He dropped his hands, looked down at the organ ran his right hand across the tops of the keys. Then he froze and returned his gaze to her.

"How did you find this place?"

"Axel told me," she replied with a playful smile on her face. She then stood up and walked towards a tall tree surrounded by roses. She sat against it and Marluxia soon followed. Diana moved closer to him as he sat down. They turned to face each other and she began to play with his pink hair. Marluxia then reached out his hand and Diana looked to see why.

Out of his hand, a green stem grew. A few seconds later, there was the most beautiful rose she had every laid eyes on. It was a dark red, and as she brought it to her face, she found that it smelled exactly like him. She turned as red as the rose, and Marluxia's face was not a shade lighter

Diana looked up at him. She leaned forward and gently kissed his lips. It wasn't a long kiss, but it was the most perfect kiss that two imperfect people could exchange. Afterwards, she took his arm and looked into his blue eyes. After a few seconds, she leaned back on the tree and put her head on Marluxia's left shoulder. Her brown hair fell across her face as she closed her hazel eyes. Marluxia smiled and gingerly pushed it away from her face. He kissed her head and put his against the tree. As he too fell asleep, the petals of his blood red roses began to fall all around them.
