Story: After many escape tempts, Olaf finally manages to get the Baudelaire orphans in his grasp, and he won't leave them alone untill he gets what he wants. But what if can't get that one thing?
"You will marry me, Violet."
She shifted slightly in her chair and stared at her shoes.
"Do you hear me? I won't have any of this trying to get away nonsence. Listen to me girl!" He said angrily, wrapping his fingers aroung her chin to make her face him. "Do. You. Understand?"
"I want my family." She said quietly. "Where is Sunny and Klaus?!" She half-screamed, pushing him away. "I want to see them. Now!"
He sighed and laughed as he pushed the button on the walkie-talkie. "Bring me the other two."
"Yes boss." It responded. A few minutes later, tormenting minutes, she heard shuffling feet and voices from behind the tower door. The door opened suddenly and her two sibling were pushed forward into the small tower.
"There." He spat at her. "You see them. Now accept the proposal."
"No." She hissed. "Never."
"Oh, my dear Violet. You want your little siblings, but not me?" He put his hand up to his chest dramaticaly and leaned forward to whisper in her ear. "If I can't have you, nobody will."
With that point out, he pulled a small gun out of his coat pocket and cocked it.
"You wouldn't." She whispered.
"Oh, I would." He replied. "Now. Marry me."
"I said no!" She screamed, and bounced off the chair to pick up Sunny and run. "Come, Kaus." She said in a hurry. "Run!" She opened the door and Klaus was about to run forward when a shot was fired. Violet stared into blank space before she looked down slowly at her younger brother, collapsed on the floor. Sunny jumped out of Violet's arms and went to sat by her brother as she started crying, wailing, mourning. "You monster! She screamed, running up to him to try and grab the gun. "No you don't." He said lazily as another shot went off. "I told you if I can't have you, nobody will, Violet."
She was practically deaf now from the shot that he fired so close to her ear. All she could hear was buzzing as she turned to face the bodies of her siblings. She walked over slowly and her face erupted into sobs, panicing and struggling to keep herself up. Her mouth opened to speak, but no words would come out. She sat and stroked her sister's hair before turning back to Count Olaf. "You evil, vile mon-monster!" She said through chokes of tears. "I hate you! I HATE YOU! LOOK WHAT YOU HAVE DONE!" She screamed, running back up to him and beating him in the chest. "They were all I had! ALL I HAD AND YOU RUINED IT!"
"Stop yelling at me."
She turned her face up to stare at him. "W-what?"
"I said stop yelling at me."
"YOU KILLED MY SIBLINGS!"
"STOP IT!" He yelled and before he could stop himself he positioned the gun at her head and pulled the trigger.
Her body fell into a small heap on the floor, before he realized what he did. His face shifted from pure anger to a matter of dismay and he bent down and picked up the body of the one girl that he wanted more in the world. He ruined it now. He did ruin it, just like she said. It was like a warning. "If I can't have you, nobody will." He repeated softly to her. "And If I can;t have you, I have no reason to live."
He picked up the gun and aimed it right at his heart.
