It was only a second; such a brief second, so fast that Lily Luna Potter might not have even noticed it, if it wasn't her that was stuck in the moment. Scorpius Malfoy. He snatched her into a closet as she passed the corridors. It wasn't the first time.
His icy blue eyes glowed through the dark as Lily struggled with the door. She wasn't in the mood for this, not now, not here, not him. Hands found wrists, twirling her around in the confined space, slamming her against the back of the closet. She made a small noise of disapproval, and squinted in the dark, trying to make out his expression.
Nice try, she couldn't see her hand in front of her face.
She did, however, sense her lack of personal space, when Scorpius' face loomed into hers. His breath was hot against her face; she could hear him grinding his teeth. He sounded angry, too.
"I saw you kissing Teddy Lupin, in the cabin of a muggle train after the Christmas holidays, before we were leaving to come back here," he muttered, before pressing his mouth against hers. She pulled her face away hastily, and shoved against him, a useless attempt to get away.
"It wasn't like that," Lily hissed, trying to wriggle out of his grip. His entire weight was pushing against her, preventing her escape. He was older than her, taller than her, more built up than her. She didn't stand a chance. So her hands trailed up to his jaw, feeling him grin in approval, as she pulled his face back. It was always like this. She was kissing him again. "He's a family friend - he's practically my cousin. Anyway, you're dating Rose," she whispered after a while.
"So what?" He replied nonchalantly, kissing her again. "I can't get enough of Lily Potter."
She groaned back, twisting her neck to get away from him once more. "I don't want you, Malfoy!"
"So why is it like this?" Scorpius pulled her back. He was forceful, and Lily found her tongue in his mouth once more. His hands gripped her waist, her backside, her thighs. She curled her own fingers around the strap of his cloak. "I don't want you, Malfoy," she repeated into his mouth.
"Your parents would kill Teddy Lupin if they found out you were interacting with someone eleven years older than you, Lily."
"It wasn't like that! Teddy is going out with Victoire! I only kissed him on the cheek, for Merlin's sake! And not that it's any of your business, Malfoy, but my parents aren't like your parents, they love Teddy!" Lily snarled back. "They're more likely to kill you! You know the relationship your father and mine had, and it wasn't friendly." Scorpius buried his face into her neck, biting softly into her collarbone. Tomorrow there would be a mark, everyone would see it and question her. It was his mark, but no-one would know that, unfortunately.
"I love you, Lily Potter."
"I don't love you, Malfoy."
"So why do you keep coming back?" His mouth was on hers once more, and she melted into the kiss straight away, winding her arms around his neck and allowing him to press her against the wall.
