I'm not a Takatori!

~ Ken's POV ~

"Ouka! Ouka!" Omi screamed. "Get a hold of yourself, Ouka!"

"Omi... I'm... so... glad... that I've... met... you!" Ouka blurted. Her hand dropped on the ground as rain poured down from the sky.

"No... No!" Omi shook his head as tears strolled down from his eyes. "This can't be happening! No!" he trembled as we- Aya, Yohji and I- looked away.

"Ouka... OUKA!"

The next day...

Omi was the last one to come down from upstairs; he usually is the first one up. "It's about time you woke up, the store is about to open!" Aya said coldly.

"Omittchi... can you help me with these?" I asked. "Sure, Ken-chan..." he softly said; bangs still covering his eyes. "The vase over there... with those white roses!" I pointed as I began carrying the first vase.

He approached the 2nd vase and silently looked at it. "You shouldn't have made him do that, Ken!" Yohji whispered into my ear. "Why not?" I whispered back. "White roses are Ouka's favorite!" he softly said.

[Klyukaizer: Let's just say it's her favorite, okay? I don't know what's her favorite! ^_^]

"Damn... my mistake!" I mumbled. "Umm... Omittchi, you can just leave it by the counter!"

"Hai..." he murmured as he followed what I said. He looks terrible! "Don't you think we should make him take the day off?" I whispered to Aya. "It's his choice... if he wants to then he shall get it!"

"Omi, I think you shou- Omi! What are you doing!" I yelled as I saw him clutch his fists on the stem of thorns. Blood came out from his palms as he gave out a small chuckle.

"Ouka loves these roses..." he started as we all looked at him. "...Even though she comes to the shop everyday just to make an excuse to visit me, she always loves these roses!" he said.

Omi began crushing the buds of the flower and throwing them to the floor as silent tears escaped from his eyes. "Omi..." I softly said. "I..." he mumbled.

"Eh?" I gasped as I looked at him.

"I want Ouka back..." he whispered, but it was loud enough for us to hear. "Omittchi..." Yohji sighed.

"DARN IT!" Omi yelled as he threw the vase on the ground and it shattered into pieces. "Kuso!" he started flattening the roses on the ground. "Yamette!" I scolded him as I grabbed his arms. "Let go of me!" he screamed. "Omi, stop it!" Aya joined as he and Yohji helped me calm Omi down.

"Damn, Takatori!" he cursed. "I hate you! I hate you all!" he thrashed around screaming. "Stop it, Omi!" Yohji yelled. "I don't want to be a Takatori! Why do I have to be a Takatori? WHY!"

"You are not a Takatori! You're Omi Tsukiyono!" I said as I embraced him. He was silent for a while and we let him go. He dropped on his knees and sobbed out loud. "Omittchi..." I knelt beside him and allowed him to cry on my shoulders. "Cry all you want, Omittchi..." I said softly. "Cry all you want..."

"What did I do to deserve this?" he whispered accompanied by sobs.

Omi's right... What did he do to deserve this? He's nothing but cheerful, kind and sweet to everybody. Omi is a great kid! I wonder why he is suffering so much?

People have pasts that they can't face, but what if your past is your future as well?

How does it feel losing someone special? Someone close to your heart?

It's only a matter of time before Omi's heart completely heals... but I'm not sure if he's ever going to forget everything that has happened.
