REWRITTEN (23/4/18)
This story idea came from my first viewing where I accidentally thought Koga was a girl for the first five or so minutes, lol. So, I thought about what differences (and my own little twists) would happen with Koga being female.
Female-Koga would have a more mother-daughter relationship with Athena/Saori then male-Koga does. Seiya would have also been around more in her upbringing, leading Koga to see him as her father-figure.
Koga's cloth is mostly the same except with a red skirt (that matches her brighter red) like Yuna's - at least that's how I picture it. Koga's cloth wouldn't be as exposed with her legs, so that's what I mean by it's an also expect replica. Where the hips guard (I'm not sure what they're called XD) sits is where the skirt starts and she still has the darker red but also more see-through like tights instead of actual leggings.
I would like to note that Koga does not have heels. It doesn't fit her character lol.
Starts at episode 47 and onwards.

"Pegasus Ryu Sei Ken!"
Koga's attack clashed against the bright flowing Cosmo in hopes of breakthrough but she cursed when it didn't have an effect.
"Damn it! At this rate, the Earth will—" She was cut off by Eden.
"Where's Aria's staff?" At the sound of her sister's name Koga's felt her stomach twist in grief, but understood what Eden meant—if they could find the staff then they could stop the flow.
"It's become part of Mars." The pair were startled at the voice and turned, looking behind them to look at the woman who had spoken.
"Mother?" Eden asked in shock.
Koga found herself blinking, murmuring: "Eden's mother?" She took in what the woman looked like, soft green hair with blue eyes, she was wearing a long-fitted dress with a blue cape. Koga could see the resemblance.
Medea spoke again. "That staff is critical to the migration of Earth's Cosmo to Mars. Now, at last, Mars will be reborn as the new Earth."
Koga managed to conceal her anger but inside her blood boiled. She turned her head when Eden spoke. "But mother... father is already gone."
Medea walked towards Mars' body. "Behold, your father's will still resides within the Galaxy armour."
Koga and Eden shared a confused and nervous glance at her words.
Medea knelt before he deceased husband's body. "Mars-sama, my love."
The two saints lowered their heads. Koga hated to admit it, but she felt guilty, she wasn't surprised by the emotion—it was normal to feel, right? She felt it for every other opponent she'd gone against to protect Aria, especially the Silver Saints.
Koga was brought back to the present, gasping as Medea shoved her hand into Mar's chest armour. There was a bright green glow that lit up as she did, the Bronze Saints watched as Dark Cosmos began to spread up her left arm.
"Mother, what are you doing?" Eden hissed.
Medea ignored her son, muttering: "Wonderful, I had no idea the darkness had grown so great."
She pulled her hand out with a sphere of dark Cosmo that almost didn't fit within her grasp. "With this, not even They will be able to stop me."
Who's They? And why does it sound like the t should be capital? Koga asked herself but pushed it aside for the moment, there were more important things to worry about.
Koga's insides clenched as she focused on the ball of Dark Cosmo; within the close proximity she could feel it. But there was something about it…
"Mother, what are you going?" Eden repeated sharply, bring Koga back to the conversation.
Medea stood, answering her son. "Eden, this is not just for my sake, but for yours, as well. This planet's Cosmo has already begun to move towards Mars, our new world. All that remains is for you, the King, to make your decision."
Koga clenched her fists as she listened to Medea talk to her son. Her russest orbs moving to Eden as he spoke. "Mother, I don't want that!"
Medea ignored her son. "I can deal with your feelings however I please later." She continued to watch the Dark Cosmo in awe. "Right now, I have something more important to do."
Neither Saints noticed the flicker of her eyes as they slid over to Koga.
"Splendid..." Koga and Eden both stifled a gasp at the sound of Amor's voice. "Excellent work, sister."
Koga turned her head toward the familiar blond man as he walked towards the group of three.
"Amor!" Koga nearly cried in shock, gritting her teeth as this indescribable anger fluttered in her stomach.
"So even Mars-sama was a mere tool for you. The power of darkness nurtured over the years by Mars-sama's rage..." Amor glanced towards Koga. "Along with Pegasus Koga raised by Athena for so long."
Koga's body tensed, not understanding what he meant. She kissed her teeth and clenched her fists till they hurt.
"Amor, you did not come here to talk, did you?" Medea had ye to look up from the ball of Dark Cosmo, even as she addressed her brother.
Amor knelt. "Of course not. I've come to help you, sister."
"Very well, then." Medea slowly moved towards her brother and held the ball of Cosmo out to him. "I shall count on you. This power is too much for my body."
Medea held Amor's arm up and pushed the Dark Cosmo into his arm. He was obviously withholding any sound of pain that tried to get out of his mouth.
The ball merged with his arm and Medea spoke in a honeyed tone. "It hurts me to cause my beloved little brother pain."
"Don't worry... if anything, I'm excited." Amor answered as Medea got back to her feet.
"I shall go ahead to the new world before you." Medea turned and walked towards the flowing Cosmo.
"Mother!" Eden called after her, she simply turned to look behind her and disappeared. "Mother!"
Koga glanced back to Amor when he spoke to them. "The story my sister writes is a sinful and beautiful one. Even if it contains a harsh reality for her son."
Koga blinked and looked at Eden. "As her son, I bear some responsibility for the horrors that have befallen Earth. That is why I must do all I can to right her wrongdoing!"
Eden got into a fighting pose and Koga instinctively jumped into one as well.
"Pegasus, keep back." Koga turned her head towards Eden in shock, her hair falling in the way of her eyes. "They seem to be after you."
She blinked.
"Right now, I have something more important to do." Eden noticed the way his mother's eyes slid over to Koga.
Koga frowned as Eden turned to look back as Amor. "Whatever their plan is, I'll stop it!"
"Eden!" Koga hissed softly, her worry filtering into her tone.
"Is that a joke, Prince?" Amor's face morphed into a look of amusement.
"I'm serious, Amor."
"Very well. Then let us begin the true climax... Bloody Waltz!" Koga watched on as Eden blocked the attack.
"Wonderful, Prince Eden!"
Eden took a breath before launching an attack himself. "Hilia Mastina!"
The attack broke Amor's but the Gold Saint simply let out a chuckle before raising his Cosmo.
"Then let's see how you like it at light speed. Bloody Cannon!"
Eden's eyes widened, unable to get out of the way in time. Koga spotted it and leapt into action.
"Pegasus Ryu Sei Ken!" Her attack broke Amor's much like Eden's had and she landed in front of Orion Saint, one hand resting on the floor.
"Pegasus, why will you not listen?" Eden asked, annoyed. She turned sharply to look at Eden.
"I'm not just going to stand back and let you fight by yourself." She glared and Eden stared at her, a mix of emotions flickering into her gaze before his lips twitched into a small smirk.
"I'd forgotten that you'd grown enough." The two looked towards Amor again as he continued. "To ascend the Houses of Zodiac and defeat Mars-sama. This is a problem... with my current power, I doubt I could fulfil my sister's orders."
Amor stared down at his left hand that was covered with the Dark Cosmo as it started glowing. He sharply looked towards them. "Not here, on Earth."
Eden and Koga were taken back by the statement and eyes widening; they tensed as Amor raised his arm straight up. "I shall invite you to the New World!"
The Dark Cosmo exploded from his arm and started spreading, the Saints subconsciously took a step back at the sudden action.
"Koga!" Koga and Eden turned their heads at the sound of Yuna's voice to see the others running towards them.
"Guys—" Koga was cut off as she was surrounded by the Dark Cosmo.
As the four reached them the spot in which Koga and Eden had stood, the Dark Cosmos vanished, revealing no signs of Amor, Eden or Koga.
They skidded to a stop.
"KOGA!" Yuna screamed before all sharing terrified looks.
o-o-o-o-o
Koga stumbled as her vision danced and stomach churned, she clenched her eyes closed as her stomach settled again. She glanced about, eyes widening at the change of scenery. She knew where they were immediately but it didn't stop the gasp of disbelief from escaping.
"This is Mars... where the New World will be created." Amor hummed in glee.
Koga spun around at his words. "Mars? Then Athena is here?"
"Athena doesn't matter, does she?" Amor shot the redhead an annoyed look at her outburst.
Koga glared at him, her anger bubbling again.
"More importantly, what do you think? Aria's staff is bringing the Cosmo of Earth here!" Amor crossed his arms. "So much life is being born in the wasteland of Mars." he gestured to the area around them in excitement. "Don't you think it's wonderful?"
Eden spoke again. "We're taking Aria's staff!"
Amor let out a sigh. "So you cannot understand how splendid the New World is." He ran a hand through his hair in annoyance. "How unfortunate. But this is the world of my dreams, which I have longed for since childhood."
Koga blinked, confused by the statement. "Dreams?"
"I shall show you the story of Amor!" Amor simply clicked his fingers and suddenly Eden and Koga were seated in a theatre. An illusion?
Koga found herself blinking again, she looked over at Eden to see his expression matching her confusion. Amor's voice rang throughout the large room. "Let the curtain rise in the Amor theatre!"
The large red curtain lifted to reveal two little wooden string puppets, it was without a doubt a young Amor and Medea.
Amor started narrating. "Once upon a time, there were a brother and sister named Medea and Amor. The two siblings shared a special fate. They were both born with Cosmo of darkness." The light faded and reappeared with the puppets in a different place, what seemed to be a market.
"Their power invited oppression from all those around them, but the older sister, Medea, always protected and raised her younger brother, Amor," The puppet Medea passed puppet Amor a little piece of bread. Once again, the light faded and came back on with the puppet surrounded by 'angry people' and fire in the background.
"One night, people tried to kill them, fearing their dark power." The 'angry people' moved closer to the small puppets that were shaking in fear. "And at last, their power was unleashed."
The Medea puppets mouth opened, revealing large teeth and its yellow eyes turned red. The 'angry people' moved back in 'fear' and spun around before falling to the ground.
"The sight was so wonderful, it is hard to put into words. The brother thought to himself then. "If I stay with my sister, I'll see even more wonderful sights."
The curtain was lowered and Amor clicked his fingers again and Koga jumped seeing herself back on Mars.
Koga stepped back slightly. Eden and Koga exhaling sharply as Amor finished. "And ever since, I've longed to see this."
Koga continued to glare at the man.
Amor looked over at them, a tight-lipped smile present. "To believe such a made-up story, you two are still quite naïve."
Koga found herself blinking again, momentarily confused. He told us a lie? What was the point of telling us the story then? I don't know about Eden but I don't really give a shit about his backstory—whatever it really is.
"You..." Eden's growl made her look over at him from the corner of her eye.
Amor spoke again smile turning into a grin. "I just enjoyed wrecking the world."
A noise came from Koga's throat that sounded like a growl and almost simultaneously Amor gave a gasp in pain, squeezing his eye's closed tightly. He lifted his Dark Cosmo covered arm gripping it in pain.
"Looks like we're almost out of time." Koga could hear the pain in his voice. "Let's begin."
Koga and Eden dropped into a fighting stance. "Since this is a planet of darkness, my Cosmo's power will be multiplied many times over."
Amor raised his Cosmo and it began weaving around him. His skin became a purple-grey tone, before turning back to his normal one as the Cosmo vanished from eye-sight. "The splendid scent of darkness! Now, it's time for us to enjoy killing each other."
Although Koga wouldn't have another thought about fighting, she didn't think she'd ever felt so afraid before. Her heart beat painfully against her ribcage.

Gold Saints Aries Kiki and Taurus Harbinger continued to run up the stairs towards the flowing Cosmo and where the remaining young Bronze Saints were.
"This planet's done for." Harbinger grimaced. "The Martians are running, but there's nowhere to go."
He didn't receive a reply from Kiki, the Aries Saint just glared ahead in worry.
I didn't expect Koga and Eden to be taken to Mars, Kiki bit his lip, Mars has fallen, but his Dark Cosmo survived... If that darkness were to be combined with Koga's... it could mean the end of us all!

BOOM!
Both Saints managed to avoid the large explosion and debris that followed. The Saints backed away from Amor as he spoke. "Still, you interfere?"
Eden growled. "I told you, Amor. I must do all I can to right my mother's wrongdoing."
Amor's brows creased into a glare.
"You're a little brat." A circle formed under Eden's feet and the attack threw him backwards. Koga glanced after him, watching Eden go flying, but continued running towards Amor who raised his arm. "Welcome, Pegasus."
Koga stopped, feet skidding on the loose sand. She leapt backwards, putting a good enough distance between them. She didn't want to risk it, especially if Eden was right about them wanting something from her.
Eden ran in front of her saying. "Pegasus-chan, you should be a bit less reckless."
She glared at him, fighting back a blush at the pet name and raised her voice as she snapped. "So you seriously want me to stand and watch?"
Eden glanced to her, pursing his lips at the sudden outburst. "At the moment, Amor's Cosmo rivals my father's." Eden gazed over to Amor, who was stood across from the pair, his arm raised as if waiting patiently for them to finish speaking. "If you don't want to get in my way, strengthen your Cosmo."
"Yeah, I know." Ahe murmured in annoyance.
"Resound, Requiem of Darkness." A wand looking object made of Dark Cosmos formed in Amor's grasp.
"Gravity Concerto!"
A wave of Dark Cosmo yanked Koga and Eden into the air. Koga panicked slightly when she was unable to move. Amor brought his arm down and sudden Eden and Koga dropped with a force into the ground.
Each Saint created an indent as they hit. Koga gasped in pain as she climbed to her feet, she raised her fist but Amor waved the wand and her fist dropped to the ground as if it was weighted with heavy rocks.
"Roar, my Cosmo. Orion's Devastation!" Eden attacked.
"Everything that lives is ruled by gravity." With another wave of his Dark Cosmo wand, Eden was thrown into the air again.
Gravity then, huh? Koga thought, gritting her teeth, This is gonna be hard. This is so stupid—why do gravity powers exist, such an unfair advantage.
"Stay there and think about how bad you've been." Amor tutted and then let him drop, creating another crater.
"Eden!" Koga shouted, eyes wide. She tugged but was unable to get out of the gravity weighing her down.
"It is your turn, Pegasus."
Koga's eyes widen even further and with a few waves of the wands, she was once again in the air. But this time she was suddenly being crushed by a strong force. A scream of agony escaped. Amor waved his finger as she floated towards him.
"Fuck!" She cried.
"This is the finale, Pegasus Koga. Now the great darkness will be complete!" Amor held his hand out.
Koga clenched her jaw and focused on her Cosmo, calling upon it to break her free of Amor's attack. She shone brightly and Amor was forced to cover his eyes.
"This is Light Cosmo?" Amor spoke in awe.
Koga allowed the Cosmo to explode and break it. She fell to her knees but quickly got to her feet. As she recalled her Cosmo, she glanced up at Amor and slipped her feet into a fighting stance.
Eden watched Koga from his place on the ground in awe.
Amor stared at her in shock, voice tight in almost hidden panic. "This is... your light Cosmo enabled you to escape my gravity?"
Koga finally looked up her brow creased into a glare. "Aria's staff is here... if I retrieve it, I can stop this! As long as there is even a faint hope, we can keep fighting!"
Amor smiled. "You really do amuse me."
"Shine, my Cosmo!" Koga called as she readied herself for an attack, her white Cosmo illuminated further.
"So, this is the Cosmo of Pegasus?" Amor asked himself in amazement.
"Pegasus Ryu Sei Ken!"
Amor side stepped Koga's attack, saying: "Did I say I'd fight fair?"
Koga turned her head, eyes wide. A gasped "No!" escaped her lips. Amor thrust his hand toward her, placing his palm against her abdomen.
Eden gasped and tried to remove the gravity spell on him as he called. "Koga!"
Koga flinched as her body tingled—she could feel the wave of Dark Cosmo as it touched her skin. Her ears rushed and blood pumped, her Cosmo reacted but not in a way that Koga expected. A part of her felt strange, it felt rightcorrectwholecompleterepairedenhanced wrong.
Koga groaned at the unexpected Cosmo, feeling it as it began to fester inside her.
"Awaken, Abzu-sama!" Amor called, grinning.
