Her body was a puzzle to him, one that he had solved numerous times before, and yet never grew tired of. Each time they were together, it was like a new challenge for him. He always made sure to pay attention to and discover the little quirks that he might have missed before. Their secret hook-ups were few and far between, which was the main reason why their trysts were often rushed. Both of them were in other relationships, and while getting caught by their respective partners was not something either wanted to happen, they just couldn't deny their feelings for each other. It was a road Chris had been down once before, and so he was familiar with the risks and consequences. However, he didn't care right now.

Besides, rushing was simply not possible. He was going to take as much time as he needed to explore every freckle, every dent, every last mark on her body. She was breathtaking, almost intoxicating in a way. Chris couldn't help but be jealous of Adam and wonder if the other man knew how lucky he was. He obviously took the woman for granted, and although deep down Chris felt bad about the fact that he was deceiving his friend, there was another part of him that felt like Adam's loss was his gain.

"Chris?" Lita questioned softly, interrupting his thoughts.

"Yeah?" He placed a hand on the side of her face, rubbing her cheek gently with his thumb.

"What about Trish?" The Diva's face turned a pale shade of white. She seemed to be just as nervous about getting caught as him, maybe a little bit more than he. She and Trish spent a lot of time together, and Amy knew that she wouldn't be able to keep their trysts a secret for long. She would end up either confessing, or Trish would notice the way she was acting, call her on it, and drag the entire thing out of her. It was a lose-lose situation.

The Canadian sighed a little. He didn't want to think about his girlfriend and what she was doing right now. He knew that the guilt would set in as soon as he stepped in the front door anyway, because he already felt terrible about cheating on Trish. It wasn't that he didn't love her—he did—but lately, their relationship was less than perfect. They spent very little time together, and when they were together, all they did was fight and yell at each other. Trish was under an unimaginable amount of stress, as she was the current Women's Champion, but Chris still felt that that was no reason to yell at him. This was an escape for him, even though he knew it was wrong. But as stated before, their hook ups was like a drug for him.

"Please, Li, not now." He smiled. "Just enjoy this, enjoy us. I don't want to think about Trish, and I don't want you to think about Adam." The blonde leaned over to capture the redhead's lips with his own, his smile growing wider when Lita moaned softly.

And so there was no more mention of either of their significant others. In fact, there were no more words spoken between them, as their words were replaced with kisses, exploration of each other's bodies, and sighs of content. Nothing else needed to be said—it was understood that this would continue despite the possible consequences.

And neither of them minded.
