Kagome sighed deeply, and grimaced. Her hands twitched, desperate to untangle this foolish demon's hair. The demon in question turned his head when she made a little frustrated noise.

"What?" Naraku asked, irritated. He had been trying to think up evil plans, but this woman was making it hard to concentrate.

He had chosen this girl to be his, out of all the other woman in the world, and this is how she repaid him? By being so damn cute and distracting?

Kagome seemed to lose the inner battle, because she crawled forward and started detangling the knots.

Naraku scowled.

"What are you doing?" He asked, fingers tapping against the ground.

"This wouldn't be happening if you took care of your hair!" Kagome scolded. When her fingers failed to loosen the knot, she whipped out a comb from behind her ear. It was pink and sparkly.

Naraku gave up fighting it, hunched over, and crossed his arms. This only succeeded in making him look even more like a sullen child.

Naraku stared at the mirror.

How?

"You look adorable!" Kagome cooed. He looked at her.

"How?" He cried desperately. The woman tittered.

"Oh," she said, holding up the comb. "This must have shed."

Naraku screamed silently, and then turned when he heard footsteps.

Kagura stood in the doorway. Her eyes were wide with shock. Her master, who was normally very dark and brooding, mind you, had glitter in his hair. And not just a little glitter, but a lot. Like, a lot. It sparkled merrily, very, very visible against his black hair.

"Leave!" He hissed, trying his best to be threatening, which is hard to do when you look like a unicorn. All he was missing was the horn.

Kagura hurried out, and knowing she would pay for it tomorrow but not really caring because it wasn't everyday she felt mirth, she burst out laughing.
