Bubbles Can Be… Interesting
"Joanne! I don't want to!" Maureen screamed as she ran around the car wash.
The two women had gone to wash Joanne's new car after Collins and Roger had stole it and took it through the alley ways of New York City, getting it completely filthy.
"Oh my God Maureen, just get over here!" Joanne stated, annoyed at her girlfriends current position.
Maureen was crouched down behind a trashcan, poking only her head around it to see Joanne, standing with a huge bucket of soapy water.
"But… I don't want to." Maureen said, her voice shaking.
"Baby, they're just bubbles!" Joanne laughed, done being annoyed as she could now see that when Maureen told her she was afraid of massive amounts of bubbles, she was being serious.
"But, what if…" Maureen stood, slowly.
"What if what?" Collins asked, arriving out of nowhere, like he tends to do sometimes.
"Hey!" Joanne exclaimed happily, "Will you help me make her wash my car…?"
Collins laughed, "Maureen, why won't you help Jo?"
Maureen stood and stomped her foot dramatically, "Because I'm afraid of the damn bubbles okay!?"
Collins literally fell on his ass as he heard this. "Why in the hell are you afraid of bubbles girl?"
Maureen pouted, "I had a bad experience okay!"
Joanne and Collins looked at each other and burst into laughter. Collins then grabbed the bucket from Joanne's hand and dumped it on top of Joanne's head.
"You… BASTARD!" Joanne screamed, chasing Collins around the car, with suds all over her body.
While Collins and Joanne were having a bubble fight, Maureen walked over and poked at one of the bubbles with her foot.
"Okay listen here Mr. Bubble," Maureen said, squatting down to have a conversation with the bubbles, "If you suffocate me like you tried to do in that club the other … year… I'll have to kill you."
Joanne and Collins had stopped and watched Maureen talking to the bubbles.
"You do know that your fiancé is crazy right?" Collins said, lighting up a cigarette.
Joanne smiled, "Yeah but she makes my life so much more… interesting."
Maureen noticed that the two were talking about her, "You know what… fuck you guys!"
And with that, Maureen Johnson, 24, hid in the car while her girlfriend and best friend through soapy water at her window for the next hour and a half. She was flipping them off the entire time, while trying to dodge the bubbles…
