JOXER THE MIGHTY
A brave warrior
Under a cowardly visage
A loyal companion
Behind the irritating pest
A fragile ego
Hidden by boastful talk
People may point and laugh
At his strutting, scrawny frame
His preposterous excuse for armor
His pathetic and clumsy antics
Yet within the runt of the litter
Lies the heart of a lion
Courage and determination
Upon his strong-featured face
Sadness and vulnerability
In his puppy-dog brown eyes
Unrequited love and longing
Through his devotion to the bard
No hero like Hercules or Odysseus
Not equipped with brawn nor brain
But with pure Heart
J O X E R
The meek, Mighty, Magnificent
