Penelope Garcia pulled a tissue from her purple and pink tie-dye small wallet purse. She dabbed at her eyes as she continue to read through the files that had been sent to her. Most of the time she was able to flip through and use her best judgment to figure out what case would be best for the BAU team. But today as the stack decreased and she thumbed through each one she felt all the evil in the world. She loved her job, she loved being important and being a part of this special family they'd formed. They saw so much, even though she was quickly typing and searching the monitors before her, she didn't always see what they saw. Another tear fell. Damn it. She thought. She took a deep breath sucking in as much as she could hold in her lungs before releasing the breath. She sent the file that she thought was best to Hotch in an e-mail and decided to get another cup of coffee. She carried her special cup that had all their signatures on it and was pink.

"Hey, baby girl." Derek Morgan called from his desk.

"Hey."Garcia answered sadly. She didn't turn to him instead kept her eyes on the coffee pot before her.

"Uh—baby girl, bring that sexy body over here for second." Morgan squinted. She stopped but didn't want to turn around. Maybe, she secretly did. After all she knew he would be out here. But her makeup was smeared and she really just intended on getting a nice hot cup of Joe and head back into her tiny., comforting, office of computers. She turned to him as he opened his arms letting her sit on his leg.

"What's wrong?" His face pulled together in a quizzical look.

"Nothing." She lied.

"You really gonna lie me, baby?" He smiled hoping that she would return it with the smile that brightens his day.

"It's just, every week, every single week, I look through cases and I have to pick the most horrific ones that we can solve. Sometimes we don't. But there are so many other cases that don't get our help. They have to carry on without any extra help." A tear slid down her face again. Morgan reached up with his thumb and wiped it away. He hated when his baby girl was sad. She was the sunshine that kept the whole team sane.

"JJ did this for years and she never really complained. She made the decision, saw the bodies and went with you guys. I don't even do that."

"No, you don't." Morgan agreed. He could see her face turn into a bigger frown. "You sift through the cases, you make the best decision using that empathy that is uniquely yours. Then you do what you do best, you go to the computers and search, you give us the glue to stick. You aren't JJ, and you aren't a profiler. But you are something just as-if not more-important. We wouldn't be half as good if we didn't have you baby girl."

"Yeah but-" He cut her off putting his index finger on her full lips. She sighed as he scent wafted up to her.

"No, count how many profilers we have on this team baby."

"Uh—six." She answered.

"Right, six of us that come together to form a profile. Now count how many Tech Analysts we usually have."

"Well sometimes Kevin helps me."

"You mean sometimes you tell him what to do. How many?"

"Just one."

"We are all important, but none of us are Penelope Garcia, Goddess of all-knowledge, Oracle of all computer thingies!" Morgan smiled again and Garcia laughed.

"Computer thingies, really?" She rubbed her hand on his back as they embraced for a quick hug.

"Now how about you give me some of that sweet sugar?" He pointed to his cheek. Penelope quickly obliged giving Morgan a quick kiss to the cheek.

"You found my kyrptonite...dark chocolate." She raised her eyebrows up and down and stood to go get her coffee.

Someday. They both thought.
