A shamefull ghost

In the Soho Hotel there is a legend someone tell of a woman with a terrible secret. She walked the halls and moaned in pain trying to hide that she was pregnant. She died in pain and cried in vein for the demon she bore. But then she walked the earth again to cry even more.

It was a chilly autumn day in London of 2012. The guys and I had decided to go on a vacation to help me overcome the loss of my aunt. However this was a lost cause I just wanted to mourn. I was actually glad to see the hotel. But that changed as we entered the lobby. Suddenly my ears filed with the sound of moaning. Then the spectral form of a pregnant woman appeared to be sitting on the couch before me. I couldn't believe my eyes. She was see though.

"Does anybody else see that?" I asked.

"See what?" Josh asked.

"The woman on the couch." I added.

"You saw her didn't you? The woman?" The receptionist said.

"Yeah but they can't' see her." I said approaching the desk. After a few words with the receptionist we got our room keys. As we went to our separate rooms I couldn't help seeing the woman again. This time se moan even louder. I was terrified. She seemed to be trying to tell me something. She looked as though malnutrition had taken her. She walked with an air of weakness that matched her tattered clothing. She appeared to be clutching her stomach as she walked. Finally she fell against the wall weakened further by her walk

"Please someone save me from this thing." She muttered. I recognized her voice.

"Aunt Mel?" I asked wondering if it was Melanie. The woman turned around. She was thin. Her features of her face looked tired and worn in. Her bones were seen clearly though the skin. Her eyes were dull and weak. She was clearly haggard.

"Angel?" She asked as she faded away.

"Wait come back!" I said.

"What happened?" Jaimie asked in shock

"You don't see that?" I asked

"See what?" All I see is you talking to air." she said, "Ok I believe you but let's make sure."

"But how?" I asked

"Do you hear that?" Jaimie asked.

"Yeah it's the moan from before" I said.

"Let's follow it." She said. We followed her for a few minutes. All the while we heard the moaning. Then she did the oddest thing. She went into my room. Hesitant we followed. To my surprise she was standing next to the dresser doubled over in agony. She screamed and cried out in pain as she clutched her stomach. Suddenly she fell to her knees. Then she laid on the floor writhing in pain. She was wracked with spasms of pain as she moaned in grief.

"Please let this pain end." She wailed.

"Its ok we're here to help." I said reaching out to touch her shoulder.

"Make the pain stop please." She replied.

"Miss do you need help?" I asked.

"Please." She cried.
