A one-shot. Not really romantic or angsty. Just sad. If you don't like sad stuff: GO AWAY. I do not own ROTG or HETALIA. R&R~

Jack walked over to the fence. The scary men in green took him away from his mom and dad and carried him here.

Barbed fence surrounded the place where he and his neighbors were brought to. He sighed. The other kids didn't want to play with him because of his snowy white hair. They called him a freak.

He saw a flash outside the fence. Then he laid his eyes on a large bunny putting eggs in the bushes.

The rabbit noticed the little boy watching him. "Happy Easter~" The bunny said in a heavy accent.

Jack tilted his head to the side. "What's Easter?" He asked.

The bunny looked astonished. "You don't know what Easter is?" Jack shook his head.

"Easter is a holiday about having hope." The bunny carefully explained. "Maybe you can tell your friends about it and celebrate it together." He pointed to the group of kids in white and blue striped clothing much like Jack's.

Jack shook his head again. "We're not allowed to celebrate holidays anymore. The green men said so."

The bunny observed the fence separating the two of them. "Oh." Was all the spirit said. The spirit handed the boy a small object before whispering "Happy Easter." And disappeared into the forest.

Suddenly, a man in green grabbed Jack's arm and dragged him with a small group of scrawny, sickly boys down a hallway.

"Where are we going?" A young boy with reddish brown hair and one annoying curl asked.

The German man turned around and looked at the group of boys. "Showers." Was all the man said before shoving them into a room and locking the door.

The boys shrugged and started taking off their clothes. Except Jack. He was too fascinated by the subject of Easter.

He looked down at the object. A pink and yellow egg. Jack smiled, for the first since they took him away.

Jack's ice blue eyes looked up, and closed, gathering all the hope he could that he would make it through this. That he would see his mom and dad and sister soon.

He never opened his eyes again.

In case you couldn't tell: Jack was in a concentration camp, and he died. But at least he died with hope in his heart. This is a one-shot, sorry for killing Jack bros~
