It was a dazzling morning day and I had decided to take a luxurious walk in the leafy woods, which lead to the training filed where the three stationery logs always stood, like a trio team ready for battle.

When I got there I noticed a tall man in a velvet black cloak with red clouds. Knowing this symbol meant akatsuki: a dangerous menacing organization.

I hastily took out my sword and got into a battle stance.

The mysterious man faced me and at first glance I knew who it was. Those red eyes, the two lines running diagonal starting from his eyes.

This man was Itachi Uchiha.

The undefeatable shinobi who erased his clan from known history. 'There was no way I would even stand a chance against this guy' I thought. It would be absolute impossible and complete stupidity to even think I could fight at the same level as him.

Ill be lucky if I even got the first move.

Just then my body felt numb and the background turned golden, the grass under me was no longer lush green, but a murky red. I had no control over my body and walked straight towards him.

The world around me was now spinning, spinning viciously. My opponent took off his cloak and wrapped it around me, leaving him wearing a net shirt covered in body guard gear.

My hands went up to hold the onyx cloak still and placed my head into his chest. Itachi held me in a warm embrace and it had a certain feeling to it. His body was close and it gave me all the emotion he had once endured. It felt contempt and I could tell he was misunderstood before, and still is.

I heard him sigh as he gave me a small kiss on the forehead and said in a mere whisper.

"If only..."

My heart felt safe so I closed my eyes, but when I reopened them.

He was gone.

All that was left was his cloak and a white petal inside my hand.

Turning around, I noticed how everything was back to normal again. I took one last glance at the petal as it rosed from my hand and drifted in the air current, as if to say

If only.
