We were running and we were running fast. Our family gone and only three of us to remain. We wanted to live and that was why we never stopped running.

My father ran at my left with my child in his arms and yet he was still faster than me. I was out of breathe yet I still kept going because I knew that if I stopped he would to.

We ran across the rocky dirt ground as pieces of it flew up behind us and hopefully in front of our enemies. They were fast for a hunk of machinery but my father was faster with his old man regeneration that was newly worn.

We kept running and running hoping beyond hope that we would make it to the TARDIS in time before they caught up.

I wasn't worried about me though, I was worried about my child in my father's arms. She is very young and does not understand much of this world or any others. Even so she is a Time Lady and she is Arkytior.

We were so close now and I could see the TARDIS in the distance. I stepped up my speed for one last give it all and as I picked up my speed so did my father.

We ran right to a stop in front of it and I said quickly, "Open the door."

He gave Arkytior to me so he could get the key and as soon as he had it in his hand he began to unlock the door.

"Hurry." I say as I look back and see our enemies gaining on us.

He opens the door and I push Arkytior inside with one last hug and a quick, "I love you, my child."

I look back up to my father and he says, "Well, what are you waiting for, get inside so we can go to the control panel."

I look at him with what I am sure is sadness and reach my hand inside my jacket pocket to pull out a small device.

He looks shocked and taken back.

"You can't have taken it." He says.

"I did and you must go." I tell him.

"No I will not leave you my child." He says while putting his hand on my cheek.

"As soon as you are gone I will push this button and this world, this time will be on a time lock and then you know what you must do."

"No you can come, we can get out of here together and then"-

"Father you know it is the only way. Go. Take Arkytior and live a life in space and time in peace with no war."

"There is always war."

I smile at him and he only looks at me unsure of what he should do so I do it for him. I grab his jacket and I push him with all my might into the TARDIS.

He falls to the ground in the ship and I look over at my child, "Pull the lever, Arkytior. Mommy loves you."

She looks at me and then walks up to the control panel. She reaches up and pulls the lever down as my father runs up to stop her.

The TARDIS makes a noise that sounds like the brakes were left on and as I look at it, it disappears before my eyes. Then it is gone.

"EXTERMENTATE" calls the voice of my enemy behind me.

I turn around as I push the button on the device and smile at my enemies, the Daleks. They are all surrounding me ready to kill.

I hold up the device as it lights up and I feel the Daleks panic. I start to back up from them as they get closer until I am at the edge of a cliff in to space.

I clutch the device with my hand hard and let myself fall over the cliff as explosions erupt from all corners of Gallifrey.

The world I was born in, the world I grew up in, and the world where I am a Time Lady crumbles beneath and above me until there is nothing left.

Only a girl who is falling through space, only a girl who was destined to help destroy her world, and only the daughter of the Doctor.

I am falling through space and then I am falling fast like gravity took a hold of me. I drop and my body hits something hard.

I fall into darkness as I have one last thought,

Maybe I'm not dead.
