Sooo, this idea came to me when my friend said something about being "Out of sight" I was like "AHHH! THAT WOULD MAKE AN AWESOME AUGGIE FIC!" And she was all, "HUH?" Anyways, maybe someone else will appreciate it. ha. Here ya go.
He sat as his desk completely lost in thought. Why couldn't he get her out of his mind? Supposedly the saying went "Out of sight, out of mind." He knew that wasn't true. He couldn't see her, but lately, she was all that was on his mind.
Something about her scent always captivated him, but recently anytime he smelled grapefruit his heart rate went up a little. He loved the way she walked; with confidence but delicacy at the same time. He had this overwhealming urge to constantly know where she was, what she was doing, who she was with. He wanted to protect her and let her run free at the same time.
He loved how she got excited about traveling to a new exotic place and how she sighed when she was tired but didn't want to admit it. He loved her sweet laugh and wished he could see the sweet smile he knew went along with it. He recently was more aware of the sound of her hair falling against her shoulder when she cocked her head in confusion. He loved the feel of her soft skin when he held onto her arm. He loved their deep conversations, and their not-so-deep ones too. He loved how she acted silly when she was tipsy.
He had stopped denying it. He loved everything about Annie Walker.
"Hey Aug?" He was immedietly brought out of his thoughts by the voice he had grown to love so much. "Wanna go to Allen's?"
"Sure thing."
It was true, Annie was out of sight. But he didn't know if she would ever be out of mind.
