Treat Others How You'd Like To be Treated

Chelsea was taught by people to treat others how she would like to be treated. If she wanted to be treated nicely, then she should treat others kindly. She grew up learning that golden rule, cherishing it even, and followed it. She made good friends and her mother and father were so very proud of her and loved her so.

Then her mother died, and everything went downhill from there.

Her father's store went bankrupt and he started drinking heavily and blaming her for all his problems. He beat her. He beat her so badly she would have to stay home from school so she could heal and because she was home he would beat her more.

She lost her mom, she lost her friends, and she lost her happy life.

When she turned eighteen, she packed all her things and left to go move to the country. While on the boat ride, there was a really bad storm and she was thrown overboard and stranded on a ghost town of an island. Due to the pushing to Taro, she became the new rancher of Sunny Island.

It had been a year now that she had left her father's. She wondered how he was doing at times. Even though she hated him for what he did to her, she couldn't help but worry so she sent him a letter without her address on it. She was afraid if he knew where she was; he'd suddenly come out of nowhere and force her to leave. She sent a few more over the year, all of them so difficult to send and terrifying to feel the parchment leave her fingers as she stuck it in the mailbox.

She was rather cool and kind of aloof when it came to talking to people but she was helpful and as kind as someone with her upbringing could be. Now she was standing in her field, singing softly to her cows and petting them lovingly because she never forgot.

She never forgot to treat others how she wanted to be treated.

Inumaru: This is a really kind of random one-shot/drabble for me because it really came out of nowhere. Hopefully you like it, sorry if it doesn't seem to make sense but it's an drabble and because of that we don't get the full story.

Please review and tell me what you think.

NOTE FOR OTHERS WHO READ MY STORIES: I'm really sorry I haven't update in a while but there is a link on my profile that shows why. Basically, my computer crashed and I'm still waiting for my uncle and brother to fix it for me. Sadly though, all my stories I was working on are going bye-bye. So yeah, please be patient. Thanks.
