Sam wearily walked up to the motel with so much food; he could barely carry it all. Dean had not only requested pie but also burgers, fries, bacon, onion rings, donuts and more. Dean ate a lot at the best of times. He ate even more when he was injured.

The boys had been hunting a haunted house. A basic salt and burn, nothing to get too stressed about. The hunt was finished and the brothers were leaving the graveyard when Dean fell into an open grave and badly sprained his ankle.

At first Sam couldn't stop laughing as his older brother flailed in the grave, a stream of cuss words pouring out of his mouth. But he stopped laughing as soon as he realised Dean was hurt.

After a quick visit to the local emergency room, Dean was now laid up in their motel room, heavily dosed on pain medication and bossing Sam around more than ever. Sam was actually relieved to have a break from the small motel room while out getting the food.

He was about to open the motel room door when he heard a high pitched shriek, coming from inside the room. Dropping the food bags to the floor, Sam kicked the door in, retrieving his gun from the waist band of his jeans. He held the gun with both hands as he went in, his eyes scanning the room.

The bed where Dean had been resting was now empty; the covers all rumpled signalling to Sam that his brother had to leave the bed as quickly as he could manage. Before he could go any further, he heard someone giggling. A lot.

"Dean?" Sam stepped forward, closer to the bed and peered over it. He found Dean on the floor, giggling about something. Sam glanced at the night stand and noticed that Dean had helped himself to another dose of his pain meds. Sam shook his head as he put his gun away and went to help Dean up off of the floor.

"What happened? Why are you out of bed?" Sam stood over Dean, his hands on his hips, waiting for Dean to stop giggling.

"It went poof!" was all Dean could manage as he carried on giggling uncontrollably.

"What went poof?" Sam rolled his eyes as he tried to lift Dean up and back onto the bed. He left Dean giggling on the bed while he tried to rescue the dropped food from outside.

"Sam. SAM!" Dean bellowed, still giggling like a school girl.

"What?" Sam tried not to sound annoyed.

"It went poof!" Cue more giggles.

"I already asked this but what went poof?"

"It did! Poof! That's how it went!" Dean waved his hands in the air in front of his face and for a moment, he looks amazedly at his hands.

"Woah, dude! Check this out. My hands are all poofy." Sam held back a laugh as Dean held out his hands for Sam to check how "poofy" they were.

"They look normal to me dude." Sam looked at his brother with amusement.

"Definitely poofy." Dean muttered absentmindedly and for a moment, he was quiet again. Sam brought in the food he managed to salvage from the ground outside and placed in on Dean's nightstand. He jumped when Dean shrieked like a woman.

"Dude, what the hell?"

"POOF!" Dean started giggling again.

That's when Sam took out his cell phone, switched on the camera and filmed his brother go through the "poofy" cycle a few more times. He saved the video to his cell and smiled to himself. He couldn't wait to show it to Bobby.
