It was a quiet, sunny day. There was a light breeze which compimented the green trees of the campus. Yes, it was a beautiful day in the monster world. The perfect day to sit down in the shade of a tree and read or study; and that's exactly what the Perry twins were doing.
At least that's what Terry was doing, calm and content. While his brother, however, was bored out of his mind. Terri liked seeing his other head happy though. Terry was smiling for once, looking down at his book without any care, deep into the story he was reading. But of course, this didn't exactly benifit Terri.
Terri gave a sigh...Terry didn't move.
Then he gave a louder sigh; Terry frowned and kept reading, trying not to get annoyed.
Yet, Terri kept it up with another long, obnoxious sigh.
"What?" Terry said trying not to sound too frustrated. He looked at his brother and dropped the book in his lap in the process.
Terri looked back at Terry wearing an innocent look in his eye and a frown on his lips, "I'm bored, let's do something else."
Terry rolled his eye, seeing the act before, and tried to go back to his book, "You know it's my day to pick what to do and I want to do this."
"Do what?" Terri said trying to try his brother's patience so they could go some place else.
"Read." He said bluntly.
Terri frowned and slumped against the tree. "Fine." He surrended knowing how upset his brother can actually get.
After a few page turning forevers Terri decided to enjoy the senery of the he couldn't move away from his brother he still looked around at what was in front of them.
To his amusement he saw a butterfly. Terri smiled and tried to grab it but it was too far.
Much to Terry's misfortune, however, he was pushed and pulled several times in the process.
"Terri, stop moving." He complained.
Terri frowned and dropped his arm that was after the butterfly. "Terry, pleease can we do something else? I promise it'll be something you'd like too!"
"Like what?" The older one looked at him in amusement, his brother thought long and hard then looked up at him and without warning, gave him a quick kiss on the cheek.
Terry was blushing hard with a slight look of shock on his face. Terri awkwardly laughed with a light blush as well and remarked, "I couldn't think of anything else you liked. we lost our deck of cards a week ago and you don't care much for dancing so..." He shrugged and shyly looked up at his brother.
He was already looking down at Terri smiling; then he rolled his eye again and shook his head with a sigh.
"Let's just buy another deck of cards." He said closing his book, tucking it under his arm, and getting up along with Terri. Doing card tricks was nearly the only thing they loved doing together.
"Really?" Terri grinned in excitement at the idea.
Terry nodded, while smiling in responce as he soon received a tight hug with another kiss following. They then went on there way, talking about about how boring reading actually can be.
And after that, whenever Terry was feeling down, frustrated, or stubborn Terri would just give him a short kiss or hug in order to do what he wanted and have Terry's approval; and frankly, Terry didn't mind at all.
End.
