Summary: She acts. Always, always acting.

Acting

Everyone, every single person at Hollywood Arts always asks the same question, either out loud or to themselves.

"How did you get into Hollywood Arts?"

She can't sing. Nonono, that's taken by her little sister. She can't dance. StopstopstopSTOP! It's left not right, it's shake, not shimmie, can't you do anything right?

She's always acting. Acting like she's the best of the best. Even though she knows she's not. Acting. That's her talent. Acting.

She's always acting. Always, always acting. Acting like it's all about her, even when it's not. Acting like the drama queen, even when she gets what she wants. Acting like all those stares and whispers don't bother her, even when they do. Acting like, well, no one she really is.

Acting is where you can be someone your not. When you can be free of your own problems, and play someone elses, which is, oh so much easier than facing your own. Cause in the end, doesn't the play end with a happy ending? Where everyone is friends? Where everything turns out right?

Oh, she just wants to stop. Stop all the acting. Stop pretending that the spotlight is on her. Stop everyone thinking that she's the one more important. Stop acting like the character in the play, like the one she's playing right now.
