The Black Box This is the story of a black box. It was found on a deserted island off the Indian Sea. It was found by a good friend of mine, but the box got there long before it was found. How do I know this? I know this because I know the story. And this is it.- Once, long ago, there was a pirate gangs that roamed the Indian Sea, looking for treasure. They were always fighting over things; money, treasure, and even food. They was one particular pirate named Cole Black. He owned a beautiful black box with intricate carvings of mermaids on it that was filled to the brim with rubies and diamonds. The other pirates were very jealous, so jealous that the actually managed to get along with each other long enough to form a simple plan, a murder plan. While Cole Black was sleeping, John Denting snuck in and stole the back box. So that John would not come after them he also split John's throat. When he arrived at the pirate meeting place, an abandoned ship, the other pirates were waiting for him. With John out of the way they turned on each other again, each wanting the box. During the fight, while they were fighting, two young children, a boy and a girl stole the box. They had been stuck on the island when their parents, both pirates, died, forcing them to go into hiding. They had forever been wanting to leave but were too poor to take a ship. The box was their first opportunity to leave in three years. They left the empty box so that the pirates would not know they took them until it was too late. After long time of shouting, slapping and lots blood the remaining pirates saw the empty black box lying on the sand. Blaming each other at once, another, even more terrible fight broke out. It was so severe that many died. The dead bodies were washed away and the living fled. The black box was left on the beach, where it lies there to this day.
