Manjyoume was dueling a second year, so of course Judai came to watch. And of course Sho came following behind him, because what else can best friends do?
"End turn!" The second year said, after placing two cards facedown on the field.
"My turn! Draw!" And boy did Manjyoume need it. He was losing. Badly. And it was only his fourth turn!
"Hey Judai-aniki," Sho said, turning to his best friend, who was into the duel as much as one could possibly be, maybe even more. "Haven't you ever wondered why we scream about it being our turn or our draw or the end of our turn?"
"Not really, Sho. Why?" Judai asked, not really paying attention. He was more interested in how this duel was going to end up.
"Well, I was wondering...," the short boy looked to his duel disk sheepishly, "Does it have something to do with our duel disks? To, you know, let them know we're dueling?"
"You know, Sho," Judai said, looking down at his short friend, "That's a really good question. I always just thought we said it because it was fun, but maybe you're right..."
"Judai-aniki...what are you - " Both Sho and the duelists were rudely and unexpectedly cut off.
"MY TURN! DRAW!"
Sho should have learned never to ponder too much around Judai. Especially when Manjyoume was around.
A/N: Just a fun, little story. I was curious. And I owe my help to HamakoKaiba. And, for those of you that have already read this, yes, I am stopping the drabble collection because my GX muse just failed after this.
