Solving and Finding
A voice could be heard from afar the clubroom. It was quickly getting closer and closer. And just when everyone had thought it stopped, the clubroom door opened with a crash.
"I NEED BUBBLEGUM!"
Everyone face palmed. Who (except for Yanagi and Yukimura, of course) would have thought that the tensai would just suddenly burst into the clubroom saying, "I NEED BUBBLEGUM!"?
"SOMEBODY STOP HIM! HE'S PUNCHING MY HEAD!" the second year cried as he tried to protect his precious head.
Yukimura stood up and tried to stop Marui. "Come on, Marui. I'll give you some once you stop punching Akaya's head."
"Hm?" Marui asked hopefully.
"Yes. Now please stop punching Akaya's head," Yukimura said, grabbing Marui's hand.
The tensai walked away from the second year and tried to wait patiently for his treat.
"Are? I don't have anymore sweets in my bag," Yukimura said, browsing through his things.
Marui sniffled. "No more?"
Yukimura looked back at him. "I'm sorry, Marui, but I don't have any more."
"Not even one?"
The captain shook his head.
"I seem to have some with me," Jackal said. As expected from Marui's doubles partner.
Jackal searched his bag for the sweets. He then pulled out some gum. "Here, you can have this," he said, shoving it inside Marui's mouth.
The tensai chewed on it happily.
Just when they thought that the problem was over, they heard another voice outside.
"TARUNDORU!" Sanada bellowed as he crashed into the clubroom. "Why aren't any of you practicing?" he asked with crossed arms.
"Sorry, Sanada. We were just helping Marui-kun with his problem," Yukimura explained.
"A-ah, if that's the case."
Really, Sanada gets so worked up when it's Yukimura who answers him.
The said boy chuckled. "Don't worry, Sanada. We've solved it already," he said, smiling his "aren't-I-awesomely-good-at-solving-anything" smile.
There was silence.
"Hey, has anyone seen Niou and Yagyuu?" Marui suddenly asked.
"Come to think of it, I haven't seen them since this morning," Yanagi spoke up.
"We better look for them," Yukimura said worriedly. "Something wrong might happen."
Everyone glanced at each other. And at that, they all ran outside to search.
"Niou!" Marui shouted.
"Yagyuu!" Jackal followed.
Someplace
Niou paused. "I can hear them."
"Get your hands off of me, Niou-kun!" Yagyuu complained.
"Be quiet, Yagyuu. They'll find us," Niou said, covering Yagyuu's mouth with his hand, preventing him from shouting.
Yagyuu struggled to break free. "STOP IT, NIOU-KUN!"
All Niou did was smirk at him.
Meanwhile, everyone else continued to look.
"They're not in the classrooms," Akaya said.
"They're not at the school roof," Yukimura added.
"I didn't find them in the cafeteria either," said Yanagi.
"Neither are they at the courts," Sanada said.
Jackal sighed. "They're nowhere to be found."
"Did you check behind the clubroom?" Marui asked.
Everyone glared at him.
"Why would they be behind the clubroom?" Akaya asked oh-so innocently.
Marui popped a bubble. "I don't know," he shrugged. "Just maybe, you know?"
"Should we go look?" Yukimura asked.
Everyone agreed.
Bushes
"I can see Niou's head," Yanagi informed everyone.
Yukimura nodded. "How about Yagyuu?" he asked.
"I can see his foot."
"HIS FOOT?" Marui and Akaya said together.
Behind the clubroom
"I told you to be quiet, Yagyuu!" Niou complained.
"I'll be quiet once you get your hands off of me!"
They heard someone cough behind them.
The two then turned their heads to look up.
Sanada had a huge frown on his face. "What are you two doing here?"
"Nothing."
"TARUNDORU! 100 LAPS AROUND THE COURTS!"
