New school.
New life.
New problems.
Ziva walked into the first class she had for the followed by the principal.
"Ahh, who do we have here?" Teacher whispered to the prinicpal.
"Ziva David, She transferred here from Israel," The principal replied.
Ziva didn't look up once and she was well aware no one noticed her until the teacher cleared his throat. He did the usual routine when there was a new student in the class. Not a soul she was sure cared where she was from or who she was.
Ziva sat at the back of the class. She really wished she could be anywhere with her brother and sister but here. When she looked up no one looked at her. If they did it was with disgust. Ziva didn't let it bother her too much. But on the inside it hurt her.
The day ended quickly. Ziva was glad it did. She could go home to her adoptive family and her brother and sister. She didn't want to stay and be insulted by the head cheerleader for being Israeli.
HOME SWEET HOME!
"Hey, Ziver." Gibbs said.
"Shalom, Gibbs."
"Tali and Ari are upstairs,"
Ziva nodded and climbed the stairs.
Ziva entered her room and was engulfed in a bone crushing hug. Abby.
"Abby... Let go..." Ziva said, " Can't.. breathe!"
"Sorry," Abby said.
"Thank you..." Ziva mumbled.
Chapter 1 looks different now, right? That's cause I changed it to the other version I had written. So enjoy!
