Note: If this story looked familiar, it is because it is based off the movie "The Night Before" with Keanu Reeves and beautiful Lori Loughlin. I switched the characters with Vincent and Catherine and made some changes so it isn't a prom date.

Vincent slept peacefully on his bed with a big smile pasted on his face. Then the alarm clock buzzed loudly. He quickly woke up and was confused when he heard truck honking. He turned around and saw the truck coming toward him. He dropped down on the concrete and the truck rolled over him, its wheels missing him.

He squeezed his eyes shut as the truck rumbled over him and when he opened his eyes, the truck was gone.

Vincent groggily got up from the concrete in an alley, stood, nearly lost the balance. He groaned as he put his hands on his head. He had a very bad headache. He looked around and mumbled to himself, realizing that it was not a dream.

"Where am I and how did I get here? I can't remember anything. I must have been drunk." He started to walk around to see if anything looked familiar. He finally got out of the alley and looked directly at the diner and walked over there. He entered and took a seat at the counter. He didn't realize that a man sitting next to him was looking at him weirdly. He nodded and half smiled nervously. The waitress came up to him and saw a fly on the counter. She swat the fly with the fly swatter in front of Vincent, causing him to jump. He gasped in surprise and looked up at the waitress.

"What can I get you?" The waitress asked rudely, rolling her eyes.

"Yes information, can you please tell me where here is?" Vincent curiously asked.

"I'm not 411. What do you want to eat or drink, sir?"

"Fine, just a cup of coffee and a donut, please." Vincent replied, rolling his eyes and sighing.

The waitress poured a hot coffee in a cup and grabbed a donut. She placed them on the counter in front of him and left without a word.

Vincent sighed and sipped the coffee.

"OW," Vincent spat the coffee out of his mouth. Then he was hit with flashback.

Flashback

Vincent took a sip of the coffee and almost spat it out because it was hot and he forgot to blow on it first.

"Hey, careful..it is hot." JT furrowed.

Vincent looked up to him and rubbed his finger over his lip to sooth it.

"Are you alright? You seem distracted or something?" JT asked.

"Yeah I'm fine." Vincent answered, confused.

"I see..you think too much. I bet it's about your hot date." JT smirked.

"I guess. I'd better get ready. Thanks buddy." Vincent smiled.

Back to the diner

He started to remember a little.

"My date?! Where is she? I lost her!" Vincent muttered, rubbing his hands over his face.

The man who sat next to him stared at him and thought he was weird because Vincent talked to himself. Vincent quickly glanced at him then back to the coffee. The waitress walked over to Vincent with a check. She handed it to him and he took it. He reached for his wallet and gasped and panicked.

"My wallet!" Vincent exclaimed in a panic as he patted over his pockets and jacket.

The waitress looked on with her arms crossed across her chest and shouted for the manager/cook. "The customer forgot his wallet."

The manager/cook angrily came out of the kitchen with a huge machete-like knife. Vincent frantically searched his pockets and found a five dollar bill. He held it up for them to see. The waitress grabbed it from him. The manager/cook went back to the kitchen. Vincent was relieved.

Vincent walked out of the diner. He knew he had to look for his date, but where to begin? He looked right and left, thinking which way to go from here. He picked left. He turned left and wandered around. He stopped in his track when he saw a bar, named Joe's, remembering that he had been there, but wondered what he was doing there and why. He walked over to Joe's and opened the door then peeked his head in to look inside.

Flashback

Vincent and his date just walked in a disgusting bar with a crazy crowd and loud music. His date Catherine clinged his arm, staying together and they slowly wandered around and saw the bar with alcohol. They walked over to the bar and took the seat. The bartender asked them what they wanted to drink. Catherine wanted a diet coke and Vincent wanted tequila. The bartender told them to pay first. Catherine had to pay with her credit card because Vincent lost his wallet. The bartender poured the coke in a large glass and tequila in a shot. He placed the drinks on the counter and smiled, "Enjoy."

Vincent drank a whole tequila and gulped, "Ahh." Catherine slowly drank her diet Coke.

"I'd better go find a phone." Catherine said, rolling her eyes and sighed in disgust.

Before the date

Catherine lost the bet with her best friend Tess. The bet was to find a ransom guy from the store and have a date with him. Tess and Catherine searched for a guy who is willing to go out on a date with Catherine. Tess eyed him when he walked past us. She found him. She turned around and ran after him and grabbed him. He turned around and surprised with his eyes widen and his mouth dropped open.

"Here is your guy!" Tess giggled.

"That guy?" Catherine questioned, pointing to him.

"What's wrong with him?" Tess asked.

The guy was really confused and had no clue what the ladies were talking about.

"Excuse me, I don't understand what was going on." A man said in a confusion.

"Well..that's your date. Take her out to the dinner or wherever." Tess said.

"What!? What are you talking about? My date?! I don't even know her." The man replied.

"I'm just saying that I won and she lost, Mr..." Tess explained.

"Ah I see. Oh I'm Vincent Keller." Vincent nervously smiled.

"Vincent, this is Catherine Chandler, your date." Tess introduced.

"Hi," Vincent greeted shyly.

"Hi," Catherine shrugged.

Tess giggled, "Have fun, kids and we'll talk when your date is over, Cat."

Catherine rolled her eyes and groaned, "Alright...but if you do anything funny, my father or I will break your neck, ok?"

Vincent nodded and gulped as Catherine gave him her address.

Back to the bar

Catherine went to look for a phone by the restroom. She searched her purse for a quarter and found one. She picked up the phone, listened for a tone and then inserted the quarter into the slot. She dialed her father's number. Her father had always deal with hothead guys when it comes to Catherine because the only thing they ever want is getting into her pants. He will not let anything happen to her.

While Vincent asked for another and another and another. He drank all of it. Soon he was very drunk and couldn't think straight.

Vincent took off and stumbled, and looked for Catherine. He found her by the pay phone. He tapped on her shoulder.

"Hi!" Vincent drunkenly giggled.

Catherine turned around and gasped when she saw him. She could tell he was very drunk.

Catherine didn't realize that the pay phone was out of order when she found a wire that was cut. She groaned and slammed the phone back hard.

"Hey you want to dance?" Vincent asked.

"Vincent, I want to get out. I want out now!" Catherine yelled.

"Why?" He questioned, "Don't you know how to dance?" He furrowed his brows.

"I know how to dance!" Catherine said angrily.

"Well, Great! So do I! " Vincent wiggled his brows.

Her eyes widen as he grabbed her by her hand and led her to the dance floor.

"This is the most embarrassing moment of my life." Catherine retorted in a whisper.

Vincent and Catherine started dancing around on the dance floor. Then he spinned her around and she stopped as she watched him moving himself around and his hips swayed sideways. She was surprised to see him and smiled.

Then he walked towards Catherine and ran his hand down her arm to her hand. He took her and pressed her against his. They continued to dance.

While Heather showed up and enjoyed listening the music as she danced. The black man had his pet snake around his neck and pet it. Heather turned and saw the snake, causing her to drop her drink on the floor. She cursed him angrily.

Vincent let Catherine go, so she could watch him dance. He spun around and then jumped in the air. He landed on the puddle of what was Heather's drink. He slipped, stumbled backward and hit the table, causing it to topple over. Catherine covered her hands over her face, embarrassed. She left the dancing floor.

Vincent finally got up from the floor and clapped his hands together. He turned and looked at the hooker, unexpectedly fell into the valley of her breasts. Heather saw it and pulled him back and dragged him to the restroom.

"Stay away from Joe's girls!" Heather said seriously.

"Ok, If I start acting stupid, tell me." Vincent muttered and smirked.

Back to reality

Vincent walked in and found it's empty, except for one woman.

Heather was cleaning the bar and when she looked up she saw him standing in the middle of dance floor. She ran around the bar and toward him then hugged him. She pulled away.

"Hey you've come back! What are you doing here? Oh and you found her? Vincent!" Heather excitedly grinned.

Vincent stood frozen and didn't move at all. He was very confused.

"Um..I'm sorry but who are you? How did you know my name? You know my date?" Vincent said in confusion, rubbing his temple with his fingers.

"Oh jeez, you've got to be kidding me?!" Heather asked in shock.

"No I am not...I can't remember anything. I mean I'm trying to recollect the events of that happened tonight. I was too drunk. I haven't found her, yet" Vincent explained.

Heather nodded slowly.

They sat down and Heather explained everything, causing him a shock and heartbreaking. He shook his head as he was baffled by the thought of what he had done to Catherine. He wished he wasn't drunk getting himself and Catherine into this mess. But it was done. He vowed to do everything in his power to get Catherine back and have her forgive him for what he did.

Flashback

Heather and Vincent sat down on the table with Joe's men.

"What do you want?" A man asked.

"That guy has a problem, so he needs money." Heather muttered.

Vincent looked over at Catherine pointing at the "Exit" sign. She was giving him a hint. He smiled and waved at her, not getting the hint at all. The men looked over as well and smiled.

"That girl I date. So I need money." Vincent pleaded.

The one of his men got up and walked over to Catherine and looked at her up and down. He hummed. Then he went back to Vincent. He sat down.

"Okay..how about a grand?" The guy asked.

Heather whispered into Vincent's ear.

"I want $2,000." Vincent said.

"$1,800?" a guy shrugged.

"$1,600?"

A guy and the other guy looked at each other like Vincent didn't know what to do.

"$1,500?" A guy finally asked.

"DEAL!" Vincent happily said.

Vincent and the guy shook their hands. He handed money to Vincent. Vincent had no idea that he just sold Catherine to a pimp.

Vincent came up to the stage where the singers were singing. He got onto the stage and grabbed the microphone. He got everyone attention by tapping on the microphone with his finger.

"Hey how are you all doing tonight?" He greeted. "You got a guy around named Joe?"

Everyone in the audience cheered and applauded, "Yeah!"

"Yeah, but hold it. I got to tell you something about Joe." Vincent shrugged his shoulders. "Joe is dumb."

Everyone quieted down. The bouncers grabbed Vincent by back of his neck and his arm and yanked him off the stage and dragged him to the door. They threw him out.

"Meet Joe at dawn on Beacon Street." The bouncer told Vincent before he lost his balance and hit the trash can on the head. He lost consciousness.

Back to the bar again

"Joe?" I'm supposed to meet him? He got to know that I'm kidding." Vincent panicked.

"Yes, because you sold her. On the bright side, she's a hooker." Heather retorted.

"What! No! She never been a hooker in the first place! I can't believe that I sold her for $1,500. How have I been so stupid? Of course I was freaking drunk. That was a mistake!"

"Wha..she's not a hooker?" Heather gasped.

"No, she is not. What am I supposed to do?" I don't even know where to look."

Heather nodded and told him to go and check the seedy motel where Joe's girls worked out of. Vincent thanked her and hugged her. He left. He ran to the every parking lot until he saw the guy that worked there. He ran over to him.

"Vincent! You finally came back!" Zach smiled.

"You know me? Vincent asked.

"Of course you left your car here and gave me keys. You owe me a five dollars to park your car."

Vincent threw his head back and groaned, "I can't believe it!" He was relieved.

"Thank God!" Vincent said, handing a five dollars to Zach.

Zach fetched Vincent's car keys and gave them to Vincent. Vincent ran fast to his red convertible and climbed into the car. He started the car. He glanced over to the dashboard and saw his wallet sitting there on the dashboard. It was there a whole time. He cursed and couldn't believe it. He drove around looking for the motel.

He spotted the motel and saw some women pacing back and forth in front of the motel and some entering in and out of a motel.

"That's obvious, the prostitutes practically live there," Vincent thought. "Catherine must be here."

Vincent parked the car and walked to a motel and stopped for a store stall on the street and looked into it and saw the lighter gun. He asked for a price on that gun. He bought it, just in case. He then walked into the lobby. There were a long hallway with doors. On his left, there was a front desk clerk with keys in the back. On his right, were some vending machines and some couches with a rounded table.

He needed to know which room she was in. He looked around and listened as he slowly sulked through the hallway.

"Help please! Let me get out of here!" A voice came out of nowhere.

He heard it and yelled,"Hello?"

"I'm in here!" A voice came from behind the door near where he stood.

Vincent placed his ear on the door and listened and then shouted, "Catherine?!"

"Vincent?"

He kicked the door, making the door swing open and stormed into the room. He gasped, horrified at what he saw. Catherine was sitting on the bed against the headboard, wearing nothing but black lace bra and panties.

Vincent quickly turned around and said,"Hey Catherine? Where are your clothes? What are you doing on the bed?"

"Well the clothes are over there on the chair, I refused to wear the purple mini top with a black leather skirt that would make me look like a hooker so I'm handcuffed with one hand to the headboard." Catherine shuddered as she rattled the handcuffs.

Vincent turned around to face her and walked over to the bed and checked the handcuffs.

"Where is a key to the handcuffs?," He said, "And please just wear the clothes. I'm going to get you out of here right now before that fat man comes."

Catherine shook her head and sighed, "I don't have it. Those clothes are yucky, but it will have to do. Please get them for me….and what fat man?"

Vincent grabbed the clothes and gave them to her while he loosened the bolts under the bed, so the headboard could get it apart from the bed. Catherine struggled to put them on because of handcuffs. Without thinking, Vincent helped put mini top on her and then told her to stand up and reached around her back, so he could pull up a skirt up to her waist and zipped up on the back of the skirt. Catherine gasped unexpectedly. Vincent and Catherine were at their eyes level and lost in their thought. The fat man came to the door and rattled the door knob.

Vincent and Catherine jumped and looked at the door. They looked at each other and gasped. He told her to be cool and hurried to the bathroom to hide. Catherine rolled her eyes and sat down as just the man opened the door. The fat man walked into the room and smiled when he saw Catherine on the bed.

"You're ready for me, aren't you? Here I am!" A fat man smirked.

Catherine looked at him in disgust and tried to pry the handcuffs off. She looked at the bathroom door and yelled, "Vincent!"

The fat man realized that there was a man in the bathroom.

"Don't ever touch her!" Vincent shouted from behind the bathroom door. He tried to open the door, but the doorknob fell apart and came out of the door when he pulled on it.

With no way to open the door, Vincent decided to try to break down the door by slamming against it. He backed up and threw himself against the door at same time the fat man came running to the door on the other side. Both slammed onto the door at the same time. The force of the impact sent both men scrambling backward. In small bathroom, Vincent lost his balance and fell into the bathtub while the fat man, with more space in the room, only took few steps back until he regained his balance.

They tried again and again slammed on the door at the same time from the opposite sides of the door. Vincent hurt his arm. He turned and leaned back against the door.

Vincent was surprised that the fat man was strong when he punched through the door next to his fat man grabbed him across his throat.

Vincent struggled to break free, but the fat man had a good hold on him. Vincent kicked backward, his foot going through the door and hit the fat man causing him to let go. Vincent quickly moved away from the door.

The fat man tried to get to him through the broken door. Vincent lunged himself at the door and slammed on the door hard. This time, the door, weakened at the hinges from earlier abuse, gave way and fell on top of the fat man. The floor gave away from the impact under the fat man and he went through the floor to the floor below.

Vincent looked up at Catherine. Catherine covered her mouth with her hand. He got up and walked over to her and saw Catherine's boots. He dropped onto his knees and put the boots on her feet.

Heather stormed into the room. She was mad because it was her room below and the fat man had landed on her bed. Vincent and Catherine looked up at her when she burst into the room.

"Hey Vincent, you found her! Girl, that mini top don't go with bra. I can't believe that you found her after you sol-."

"Heather..I've told you that she is NOT a hooker. I sold her to a pimp by mistake!" Vincent shouted, forgetting that Catherine was right there. He froze and slowly his eyes shifted to her, but looked down and nervously put the boots on her feet without looking into her eyes.

"He gave you $1,500." Heather added.

Catherine turned around and gripped his shirt and pulled him up slowly, so she can gaze into his eyes.

"YOU sold me to a pimp for $1,500?! How could you, you bastard? I can't believe that you sold me!" Catherine shouted into his face.

"That was a terrible mistake. I'm sorry! I didn't realize that would be happening before it was too late. I was freaking drunk." Vincent pleaded, placing his hands on her arms.

Catherine was angry and broke the headboard off. She grabbed the headboard and took it with her while still handcuffed to it. She angrily walked past Heather. Vincent and Catherine strolled down the stairs. Vincent ran after her outside of the motel. She walked in a fast pace and he followed her. He stopped her by putting his hand on her shoulder. She turned and looked at him.

"Catherine, I've risked my life to get you out of here and I've never stopped looking for you. I'm sorry for what I did. Joe the pimp wants me dead because I called him dumb which that was uncalled. I'll never forgive myself if something happens to you. I just realized something while I was looking for you, that I'm so in love with you, Catherine." Vincent explained, raising his brows and looked at her.

Catherine froze and shocked at what he said. She was lost at words.

"Vincent..I don't know what to say."

They didn't realize that they had stopped at Beacon street where Vincent was supposed to meet Joe. Vincent and Catherine looked around and saw Joe and his men standing and waiting for them in the alley.

"That is Joe? I presume." Vincent gulped.

"Yes that's me. And you called me a bad name. So I'm gonna kill you." Joe smirked, rubbed his fist into his hand.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to..it was just a joke. I also am giving back your money, so I don't need it. Please let us go." Vincent nervously replied.

Joe shook his head and threw his head back. He laughed, "Look around you, you can't escape."

"Well, I have something." Vincent smiled, reaching for a lighter gun from his jacket and took it out.

Vincent pointed it to Joe.

Catherine gasped, "Where did u get it?"

"Just go into my car now, Catherine." Vincent ordered.

Catherine dashed to the car and put the headboard in the back seat of the convertible. Vincent slowly walked back to his car and jumped in it and started it. They drove off before Joe and his men could get to them.

Joe's driver stopped the car for Joe to get in and then chased after Vincent and Catherine through the downtown. Vincent frantically tried to lose them and he saw a sewer tunnel. He went through the tunnel. He was lucky that his car was small enough to make it through.

Catherine fanned her hand in front of her because of awful smell from the sewer.

Joe's car tried to catch up to them, but the car was too wide to go through. They got stuck in the tunnel.

Vincent stopped the car. He turned and looked back. He laughed so hard while Catherine gasped and looked at him, laughing. Vincent and Catherine made it out of the tunnel and got onto the highway. He drove to Catherine's home.

Vincent helped getting the headboard out of the car. He held it while she punched the code for the garage door. It opened and they went inside. They searched for the saw to free Catherine from the headboard. Vincent found it on the tool bench and grabbed it.

He started sawing the metal headboard. After few minutes, Catherine was freed from the headboard, but the handcuff was still on her wrist.

"Thank you, Vincent." Catherine smiled, rubbing her wrist.

"You're welcome. Again I'm sorry for everything happened. So I understand if you don't want anything to do with me. I'd better get going. Goodbye, Catherine." Vincent smiled.

He started walking to his car.

Catherine's heart skipped a beat when he left, thinking, " I thought about what he told me before. I couldn't believe it. I didn't understand how he can love me even though we just met in 24 hours ago. Why did he profess his love to me? I'm going insane. He has risked his life for me. No one ever never done that for me." She had a huge smile.

"Wait Vincent!" Catherine shouted, running after him.

Vincent stopped and turned around and looked at her, smiling.

Catherine jumped into his arms and he lifted her up. She wrapped her legs around his waist. She cupped his face in her hands and her lips crush onto his. Vincent slipped his tongue on her lip, waiting for her to open her mouth and their tongues danced. They finally broke the kiss and they panted, their forehead pressed against each others. They gazed into each other eyes. She pulled back as he let her down on the ground.

"Vincent, I love you!" Catherine giggled.

Vincent smiled and leaned forward by her ear then whispered seductively, "I love you and I want to take you now. Spend the night with me?"

"Well, since I live here, so why don't you come in and stay tonight?" Catherine smiled, extending her hand out and he took it.

Catherine led him into her house. Vincent followed her to her bedroom. They stood by her bed. He pushed her onto the bed. He hovered over her. Their lips crushed together. He hooked her mini top down with his finger, it fell on the floor. His fingers rolled her nipples through her black lace bra. She gasped as she arched her back. He unclasped her bra and threw it on the floor.

He took one of her nipple in his mouth, swirling his tongue around it over and over while massaged other breast with his hand as she tangled her hand in his hair and moaned.

"Oh, Vincent!"

He pulled her panties down and threw it over his shoulder. He slipped a finger into her then added another finger, curling them, so they got deep inside her, causing her hit her orgrasm. He took his fingers out of her and sucked her juices off of them.

"You taste good." Vincent smirked.

He got off the bed and stood while she got up on her knees. She pulled him to her, unbuttoning his jeans then unzipped and his boxers along. She pulled them down in one motion. They fell down on his feet. He stepped out of them. He crawled on four towards her. He laid her down. He leaned down to kiss her deeply.

"Do you have the protection?" Catherine asked.

Vincent slowly nodded and bend down to his jeans to get a condom out of the pocket. He grabbed one. He tore it off with his mouth and rolled onto his shaft.

He spreaded her legs wide, and settled himself between her and positioned himself at her entrance. He plunged into her slowly. He thrusted her in and out faster and she screamed his name and moaned.

"You are so beautiful, Catherine!" Vincent complied, thrusting her harder and faster.

"I'm coming, Vincent!" Catherine screamed.

They finally had their climax. He collapsed on her and buried his head in her neck, panting. He rolled over to his side and pulled her to him. She laid her head on his chest and he wrapped his arms tightly around her. They breathed heavily.

"I love you, Catherine." Vincent grinned.

"I love you too, Vincent." Catherine smiled.

They slept peacefully.
