A/N- This is not the whole first chapter. I'm not sure if I should continue with this story or with my other one. What do you think? Would you read this? Or should I put it off for a while? If you want me to carry this one on, I'll post the whole chapter.

I know I haven't posted much of it, but a review would be deeply appreciated, especially criticism!

Chapter one (First part of chapter one.)-

*~*Draco woke up early on September 1st, excited about his first year at Hogwarts. He sat up, and looked at the large Hogwarts trunk at the end of his bed. He had packed it months ago, too excited to wait. His brand new eagle owl, Peagreen, was still out hunting.
It was 05:37am but Draco could not wait for his parents to wake up. He got out of bed and walked the 15 minute walk through the Manor to his parents' bedroom. He quietly eased the door open, tip-toed to his parents bed, and jumped on them, shouting, "Mother, Father, it's time for Hogwarts, it's time for Hogwarts!" His mother sat up and smiled at her son, and his father put a pillow on his head and groaned.
"Draco, dear, it's still quite early." His mother said.
"I know, I know, but please get up Mother, please?"
She sighed, "Okay Draco, come on then. Let's get you some breakfast. Lucius, are you coming?" He mumbled something about coming down soon, then pulled the covers back over his head.*~*

Draco pulled himself together, and looked at his tear-stained face in the mirror. He didn't look like himself anymore; he looked weak and broken. He has been having flashbacks like this for weeks, memories of when his life made sense, and he lived in a happy, caring family. He lost that in his first year, when He tried to return. Nothing has been the same since then. But it's worse now, now that He wants Draco to do something for Him, something terrible, or He will kill Draco and his parents. That cannot happen. As hard as the past few years had been, Draco still loved his parents.

He splashed cold water onto his face and took deep breaths. A few minutes later, he was ready for his first lesson of the day, and of the year. Advanced potions with the new professor, Horace Slughorn. He entered the classroom and took a seat at an empty desk at the back of the room. Once everyone had taken their seats, Slughorn introduced himself as the new potions master, and told us that today we will be making a potion of our choice, to show him our current abilities.
