Hi guyyys!

So I refound some of my work from my last year in high school and found this free verse poem I wrote (2 years ago...ish O.o woah...)

SO I started my sophmore year of college, my girlfriend now goes to the same college as me. It's all good so far, and I like the majority of my teachers...I am still working on the next chapter of B&B (le gasp I gave it away that its not really the end...oops XD) hahaha, so...yeah, trying for better grades currently so writing will be slow but I'll try my best to stay on top of everything - Thank you all for your support!

I hope you like this poem - Enjoy!

The clouds are dark,

the sky is gloomy.

Van is not back and yet,

Trisha still waits by the window.

.

The months are long,

the days are tortuous,

the hours tick by and yet,

Trisha still waits by the window.

.

The sun is bright,

white puffy clouds dot the horizon.

Her children run and play and yet,

Trisha still waits by the window.

.

The years pass slowly,

her boys grow older,

every year asking about their father.

She does not know what to say,

but to tell them to play. And yet

Trisha still waits by the window.

.

She grows sicker with each new day,

her boys soon notice she is going away.

They try and get her to go for help, and yet

Trisha still waits by the window.

.

Her boys are sad,

their hearts heavy.

Their father had still not returned.

And Trisha was no longer at the window.
