A/N: Hello guys, this is my first story so, don't be too harsh on it, if I made spelling mistakes, tell me, but for now, you can read the chapter one now.
"Well honey, we're finally moved into this little mountain town!" "Yes, but do you think it'll be okay for...her?" God damn it, they were always worrying about her "powers", which she didn't even consider a power, her mother and father though, treated it like she was the cure for cancer. Her parents came up the stairs and opened her door, they noticed she was standing in the middle of the room, facing the other way of the door, "Alexa, honey, do you remember anything?" Her mother asked, Alexa turned around instantly, she didn't say anything. She didn't like worrying her parents, so anytime they want her to forget something, she acts like she doesn't remember it, it made her parents happy at least. "From before?" Her mother continued, this time, Alexa responded "I don't know what you mean." "She doesn't remember." "She doesn't remember at all." Her parents were the world's worst fucking whisperers. "Alexa, honey, why don't you go outside and make some friends?" Her father asked, Alexa headed for the door and said "Okay dad." But before she could leave, her mother handed her some change "Just in case." She wasn't going to the store, but hey, money's money.
Alexa walked outside, fucking cold, guess that's Colorado for you, she was lucky she was wearing her black hoodie, she packed it because she heard Colorado would be cold and she learned that the color black attracts heat, she hoped that would help, as she walked out she noticed her neighbor's house, blood red, she laughed at how that house was also recently bought by a family, she also noticed that her house was orange, a hue of red. "Weird." She told herself, but then she noticed a kid was being thrown out of the house by, hopefully, their father "Don't come back in until you've made some friends!" She heard before the door slammed shut. "You okay kid?" Alexa asked as she ran up to him...them, she corrected herself, she didn't like misgendering someone, as many people, before they get up close, believe Alexa is a boy, she had a boyish haircut, wore "boy" clothes, and went by Alex, but she knew she was cisgender, she just liked her haircut and clothes, being considered a tomboy by her classmates, but she looked at the kid on the ground, dirty blonde hair, orange hoodie, freckles, purple shoes, and yellow pants, then they opened their eyes.
A girl was looking down at them, lying in the ground, black hoodie and pants, red shoes and red hair, geez, this girl really liked red and black, Dovahkiin stood up and looked at her with a blank expression, it wasn't long until she mimicked them, or maybe she was bored of the silence. "My name is Alexa, but you can call me Alex." she put her hand in front of her, did she want to shake hands? Dovahkiin went with it and shook her hand...now silence...Dovahkiin was wondering why it got silent before realizing they were still holding Alex's hand, they immediately pulled away after realizing their mistake, but instead of walking away or well anything logical, Alex simply laughed and said "We're friends now right?" Dovahkiin pulled out their phone and looked at Facebook, new friend request from Alex? Alex never pulled out her phone or had her hands in her pockets. Alex looked puzzled until looking at Dovahkiin's phone. "I never sent you a request, that's weird..." Alex said, before looking at the name. "New Kid? You didn't use your real name? Well then, I guess I'll call you Kid the Mute, say something if you want a different name." Was she taunting them? Well Dovahkiin had to deal with Kid the Mute then, as they didn't talk.
"Help, Help!" They heard a kid scream. "Hey, Mute, look!" Dovahkiin turned around and saw to kids seemingly fighting, one was on the other hitting him with a wooden sword. They both ran over immediately and Dovahkiin punched the kid in the face. "Oww, that's cheating! I'm telling!" He ran away, while the other kid got up, he had blonde hair, cleaner than Dovahkiin's, and was wearing what appeared to be Paladin's amour, and he had a hammer. "T-thanks guys, I didn't realize he had a health potion. My name is Butters the Merciful, I'm a Paladin." Butters said "Wait, were you guys playing a game?" Alex asked "Oh, y-yes we were! I thank you for helping me by the way," Turning to Dovahkiin he said "I live right next door to you, we should be friends!" Hearing a ping from their phone, Dovahkiin knew that once again a magical friend request had been sent. "Oh, and uhh...I guess we could be friends too!" Butters said, but no one heard a ping from Alex's phone, maybe it had to be a mutual agreement for that magical request to be sent as Butters murmured "or not I guess...N-now that we're friends, we should go to the Grand Wizard King! He has told us all about your arrival!" "Nah, I don't feel like playing right now, if you want, you can play, Mute, but I'll go over here for now." Alex stated before walking away, oh well...at least she was cute.
So, tell me how the story is so far, I wanna know (and yes I know this was short, I plan for the other chapters to be longer) and yes, Dovahkiin might have a crush on Alexa, if I'll expand upon, I don't know,as for Alexa ran walked off to, you'll find out about that next chapter, but for now,
