Draco found him self strolling out after dinner on the snow covered lands of Hogwarts. He had noticed Potter wasn't at the holiday feast, so he decided to take a stroll and see if he could find him.
When he was nearing the entry to the Forbidden Forrest he spotted something unusual in the white landscape. He saw crimson red spots of what appeared to be blood, they were in a path that led to the forrest. Malfoy, being the curious Slytherin decided he wanted to see what was occuring.
As he followed the blood, he saw something he wasn't expecting. He saw Potter lying on the floor with a deep cup across his chest. "Potter?" Draco said, disregarding to hide the warmth and caring tone in his voice. When he didn't get an answer in return he proceeded to walk faster, but never forgetting that posture that came with being a Malfoy. When he was next to Harry, he could see the life slowly scaping from those esmerald green eyes he had hated to love for the last years. He gracefully knelt next to him, and lifted his head so that he could gaze into those eyes without hiding his emotions, he finally showed what it was that he had been holding back for so many years. Harry, seeing what was in those eyes, having strength only left to do one thing. He lifted himself high enough so that he could feel Draco's lips on his own. It was as passionate as a kiss can get, no words could ever describe the love they felt for one another better then the kiss they shared. After Harry slowly put his head back down, Draco was feeling like he would die aswell if his enemy were to pass away. And with that last thought in his head, he saw those green eyes loose all the life, and courage they had once held.
Draco sat there holding Harry's lifeless body hoping that he would somehow find a way to come back to him. "Come back my Golden Boy" Draco whispered into the silence of the night. He sat there for hours without an end.
Draco softly whispered to Harry "It was your trace of blood on the snow that led me here" and with that he got up, and left.
