A/N: Hey there! This is my first fic ever! I have no idea, what I'm doing, but I hope this will turn out fine...
Of course, neither Harry Potter nor any of the characters belong to me.
Pairing: Harry Potter/Draco Malfoy (Slash)
Warnings: Well, Slash but not explict.
Nightly Encounter
Harry woke with a start. It was still dark when he opened his eyes and deadly silent. But something was wrong, he could feel that.
Convinced that he was alone in the room with Ron, Neville and Dean being gone over Spring Break, he got up without bothering to put on some clothes. Other than his boxers, he wore nothing.
He was almost blind, due to the dark and the fact that he was not wearing his glasses. "Where did I…" he mumbled, trying to find his glasses.
He stopped both talking and searching when he heard someone clear their throat.
Oh! , Harry thought. He was too surprised to be shocked and he calmly turned around, facing in the direction the sound came from. "You're looking for these?" a soft male voice asked and Harry felt his heart stop for a second, just as cold, but soft fingers gently pushed his glasses on his face.
It was still dark and he couldn't see anything, except two grey eyes just in front of his own. Light grey and incredible shining, they contained the same emotions as Harry's: uncertainty, hope, fondness and fear of rejection.
Harry didn't even notice that he was moving, but seconds later, he was standing just in front of the other boy, his arms slung around the others waist. "Harry…" he said, his emotions straining his voice.
"Shhh" Harry said, leaning in and pressing his forehead against the other boys. "Why are you here, Draco?" His voice was quiet, but strong as he rubbed small circles into the Slytherins hipbone. "I don't really know" was the answer, before Harry felt soft fingers on his cheek. "I just… I couldn't sleep. I needed to see you…"
Draco's voice was not more than a whisper, but Harry understood him clearly. And instead of answering, he did something else. Something better, something he wanted to do for a long time but never found the courage to. He pressed his lips against Draco's.
A warm tingling shot through his body, almost making him miss the soft gasped that escaped the grey-eyed boy. But then these full and soft, oh so delicious lips moved against his own and Harry forgot everything else around him.
He longed to kiss Draco for a long time; he knew that Draco was so much more special than everyone else he ever met. But he always kept back, not sure if Draco felt the same. Over the last few month, their hate seemed to fade and some kind of friendship formed between the boys.
Harry didn't want to risk losing all that. Since the break started and Draco was the only 7th year student staying at the castle besides him, they became closer. Not only as friend, but something more. Nothing happened, not really, not before this night.
When the need for fresh air became too much, the two students separated, but their foreheads kept touching. Draco opened his mouth, trying to say something, but Harry quickly put a finger on these beautiful lips while shaking his head. The green-eyed boy knew that they needed to talk about this, figure everything out, but not now.
All he wanted to do in this moment, was gently capturing the lips of the young man in front of him, the man who had in turn captured his heart.
Tell me what you think?
