Silently Dying
I don't know why I can never concentrate whenever you're around. I don't know why the only things I have enough courage to say to you are empty insults. I don't know why it tears me apart whenever I see you around with a certain red-headed boy. I don't know why I envy the poorest man I've ever known. I don't know how I have the guts to pretend to look at you with the deepest loathing. I don't know how I even do well in school when you're the only one who takes up my whole mind. And until I don't know the answers to all these questions, I will be silently dying, longing for your love even though I know it's hopeless.
