"Alice~"
She can still hear the voice mock her, making her heart thud violently in her small chest.
Swallow it down.
Alice would tell herself that everytime when he came to mind.
The female's finger tips twitched and soon pressed into her glove covered palms. A slow heavy swallow errupted as she stared at the green framed photo of him. Why did he have to go and leave her behind so long ago? Alice could tell that slowly his emotions changed. His smile was not as bright as it was before.
His green eyes, the best features of the male began to lose it's lust for excitement everytime he visited. Slowly and carefully she changed as well. Her appeared and her look at things. They al changed with a flick of the wrist. Now there she sat. Deep within the Rainsworth house, the photo she brought along in hand.
A soft smile appeared as she stared at the picture of the male in want...in need. Her throat grew dry at the memories playing in her mind like an everlasting movie with no happy ending. Her thumb glided along the outer lining of the figure. She exhaled. Pools of purple were hidden behind eyelids that fluttered close.
"Jack...." she whispered, bringing the photo to her chest and swinging her legs.
"Jack! W-wait!" Alice giggled softly, the snow white rabbit in her arms. The blond turned and grinned "Alright alright I'll wait." he chuckled softly and leaned down. Alice rose her arms toward him and leaped up when she was in arms reach. Jack caught her, swirling her side to side. The petite girl dropped her white rabbit and put both hands on Jack's cheeks. "You'll come back soon, right?" she beamed, looking into the emerald hues. Jack nodded and kissed the girl's forehead. "But of course milady~" he cooed in delight.
Alice blushed and pinched his cheeks lightly. "Good!" she pouted and leaned down. Jack's eyes widened feeling warm tender lips on the corner of his mouth. "Alice?" Jack muttered in astonishment. "Yes?" Alice whispered, her cheeks a bright red. He set her down and blinked, gathering in what had just happened. "Why did you do that?" he gulped. "Because I like you silly!" Alice giggled, picking up the white rabbit from the garden flower. She brushed off the dust and kissed her rabbit's head. Jack went silent, his eyes narrowed. "I see...." he nodded, turning. "I'll speak with you later, Alice." Jack said with warmth. Alice waved her hand, furrowing her brows. "Good-bye Jack..."
Jack put a hand on the corner of his mouth, flushing a slight pink. It was wrong, but he kept it quiet. That sweet soul was a blessing to him. He'd never get tired of her energy or positive attitude. The way she'd wave and giggle. He'd never get tired of it.
Alice set down the frame, the corners of her mouth pointing down. She got up and opened her window, leaning against the pane of it. "We'll see eachother one day again." Alice mumbled in hope.
