Contain. Study. Neutralize.

I

In 2004, a massive amount of cursed objects appeared without notice around the world. Following panic from various Ministries and the International Confederation of Wizards, a special task force of magical users was established to contain, study, and neutralize the cursed objects.

Heading the Foundation is Dr. H. Granger for Containment and Facility Management, with Commander H. Potter heading the recovery force, and Dr. Ronald Weasley at the helm of Resource Management.

Item # : CSN-077

Object Class: Dragon

Containment Procedures:

CSN-077 is to be kept in a standard five by five by five ( 5) feet Runic Suppression Box, which will be enchanted with: A standard-level Cognitohazard suppression ward, three (3) password operated locking charms, with the passwords only being provided to personnel above level 3. No personnel are allowed to play a game of Beach-ball within a 150-metre radius of CSN-077.

Description:

CSN-077 is a gold orb measuring roughly 2.5 ft in radius. Blood Runes of undetermined make are etched on every part of it. CSN-077 exhibits a unique effect on people who haven't ever been trained in the field of Occulmency. The object compels the subject to go play a game of Non-magic Beach-ball. This would be much more innocent if it wasn't combined with the object's ability to almost instantaneously teleport itself to the position of objects resembling Beach Balls, especially so when a Beach-Ball is a midair and about to be served by a player.

Recovery:

The object was recovered at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina USA after agents were notified when a chain event occurred at the beach, which led to the death of 7 muggles, and the injury of up to 27. Muggles were healed to the best ability of MTF Squad Dumbledore-13 (Lightning Strikers) and obliviated by local American Auror squads.

Fiendfyre Test:

False. Object grew hot but did not disintegrate.

Basilisk Venom Test:

Pending Approval by the Level 5 council.

Study:

Enchanter team Cassandra-6 is tasked with studying the object. Investigations into utilizing the teleportation effect are currently underway.
