I promised three Despicable Me stories, this is the third and final one. I really had to force the idea here as for the longest time, I could not imagine one story plot to save my life.

So here it is, Gru giving us a bit more information about himself and how he came to be who he is.

Despicably Gru

Gru, that's my name, I've made that my name, and only my name, if anyone else has the name, they lie! Just imagine someone hacking into the government files all around the world and changing all the Gru's to Drew's.

I'm an old fashioned guy, I always wear a nice shirt and suit I put adults first. Do bad things but never really hurt anybody, no that's bad play man-ship.

Some people say I have an accent, I say I speak pretty normal if you're hearing an accent its because you have an accent and have come to accept it.

I hate people, especially people that taunt other people, its so... premature don't you find? People that find such joy in another person's... how should I say it?... inabilities, yes that's the word.

Being a parent, well it wasn't on my to-do list, stealing the moon, concuring the world those were on my to-do list but adopting -and keeping- three girls, not there.. anywhere on it I mean look at this list.

3 Become the most villainist villain ever
4 Add Dental to minions work insurance

Oh yes that last one, well I think, to be the best you have to treat your minions the best. Do you agree? Don't answer that I don't care.

So where were we? Oh yes some people say I have a spark of good, that in reality I do good things hidden by dark means, to this I say NO!

NO NO NO NO NO!

I do bad things and occasionally one gets MISTAKEN as a good deed but let me tell you it is completely coincidental!

I work with an old man I call Doctor Nefario, no he is not my father. Our relationship is well, it's interesting, very interesting he was a professor when I went to school, he got fired because he's well, forgetful and I decided to offer him the job and to be honest, that might have been a mistake sometimes I think but he's on a fifty year contract so there is nothing I can do, can't fire him for another twenty years.

And then there is the minions, I might have already brought them up, they came with the house which belonged to this other villain, he went under after going to prison so I got the house pretty cheap and I love it, I really do.

I did a lot of stunts when I was first beginning, most I'm proud of, some I'm not, a lot succeeded some, well lets change the subject.

I like my mother to, she visits much more often now but I don't mind so much. Besides she mostly comes to visit the children.
The children, yes they are wonderful and I'm glad to have them in my life, they keep my agile and... busy very busy. Doctor Nefario still dislikes them but he's in therapy to overcome his issues, lots of issues.

Margo is precious and helps keep the girls in line.

Agnes, she's the little baby and she just loves unicorns, I'm looking to steal one for her birthday next month what do you think? That was rhetorical.

Edith, she has the makings of a true villain, she doesn't mind getting dirty and scratched up, she's determined, truly one day it may be me against her in taking over the world.

Yes those are my little kittens. I like them I really do.
