Chapter 1- Warmth
Running was all he could think of as the bleach white, psychotic killer chased him through the dense trees.
If only he had a weapon or a blunt object to delay the deranged psychopath.
Jeff, an infamous killer known to many, had decided to bless Kaytlin with his presence after finding him in the woods.
He was probably catching up to the ruby-eyed male right now.
Kaytlin was always an active person, weapons training and jujitsu, but for some reason all of his skills washed away when he saw that carved-in smile.
How long had he been thinking?
Risking the chance to look back, Kaytlin was suddenly tackled to the cold hard ground of the woods.
Turning over so that the killer above him was straddling his stomach, he stared into coal black eyes.
Said person giggled insanely, leaning over into the redhead's personal space, their lips almost inches apart.
"Got ya…"
The male whispered huskily, causing the one under him to noticeably shudder.
What surprised Jeff was that it wasn't a shudder of fear as he started blushing shortly after.
Yep, the reason Kaytlin ran wasn't because he was afraid, but because the moment he glanced into Jeff's eyes, he was captivated.
Jeff must have realized because his all-too-wide smile got wider.
Taking a pale hand, he gently brushed some red strands of hair out of Kaytlin's flushed face.
He flinched for an unknown reason to Jeff, so he took his hand away, trying to frown.
It wasn't the reaction he wanted.
This was the first time someone had looked at him without fear, except for the other pastas.
Sighing quietly to himself, Jeff got off of him and extended his hand.
He was starting to think the other wouldn't take it because it was slightly bloody, but soon the warm hand of the other male was tightly gripping his own.
He pulled Kaytlin up with ease, noticing how weightless he felt and resisted the urge to keep holding his hand.
He was warm...
