Bella is an orphan in Italy, who escapes from her caregiver on St. Marcus Day (ironic, no?). She meets Carlisle, who takes her back home with him, much to Edward's later joy. They think she's a regular two year old, but Bella's hiding something that has the potential to drive them away. Will they love her?
