HELP! What's the story?

I know this isn't supposed to be done, but as soon as I find the story, I will take it down

I'm really sorry for posting like this, but I have been looking for this story for ages and I cannot find it anywhere. I read it for the first time about 3 or 4 years ago, but would love to go back to it now. It was an all human fic, with Damon and Stefan written as cousins rather than brothers. Damon was looking after his younger siblings (I think there were 2 or 3), and he met Elena at school. I'm not sure what happened to Damon's parents…. I think his mum had died. I think Stefan was Zac's son or something like that. The story ended with Elena and Damon together, and her helping him to look after his siblings.

If anyone knows this story please can you help me find it? Thank you in advance!
