Byakuya sat at his desk, dutifully doing his paperwork. In peace. That is, until, Yachiru ran into his peaceful office.

"Byakushi! Do you got any candy?"

"No." Byakuya answered, never looking up.

"Yes you do! You always do!" Yachiru gave him a pouty look.

"I'm doing my paperwork, Lieutenant Kusajashi."

Yachiru sat down, put her head on her hands, and glared, sighing every so often.

Byakuya continued doing his paperwork, ignoring, or tying to ignore, the looks.

But, eventually, he snapped.

"Here." He said, reaching into a drawer and handing the girl a bag of candy.

"Thanks Byakushi! You're the best!" she said, running out.

Byakuya sighed. And grudgingly realized something. He, the great, proper, noble Byakuya Kuchiki, had to admire Kenpachi Zaraki. He couldn't see how someone could put up with the pink haired girl 24/7. In fact, he shuddered at the thought. Yes, he had to admire Captain Zaraki.
