Disclaimer: I only own Fred's little kindergarten buddies, nothing else.

Fred POV

I hold Billie's hand as we walk along the playground. I love Billie. He's so nice and he's the strongest kindergartener in the world. Mama likes him too. She says he's a 'little gentlemen'.

"Wini, do you wanna swing"

"Yup yup."

I sit on the swing and Billie sits beside me. He's so cute. We swing together for a minute and then go over to the jungle gym. Billie climbs to the top and waits for me.

"Ah, Billie and Winifred sitting in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g, first comes love, then comes marriage, then comes a baby in the baby carriage."

I look down to see Cody Walker. He's the meanest kindergartener.

"That's not true, Cody."

"Is so."

Billie jumps down from the jungle gym. I stand beside him.

"Nu-uh, Wini and I are just friends."

"Then how come you call her Wini"

"Everyone does."

"Not me."

"Well, you're a-a poopy head"

Cody looks at me.

"Take that back"

"NO"

"Well...you're weird"

"AM NOT"

"Everybody says so"

"No they don't, Cody."

"Yes, they do. Wini's a weirdo, Wini's a weirdo"

Everyone begins singing it. I feel tears form. Billie takes my hand.

"She's not a weirdo. You're a butthead"

Everyone looks at Billie. I can't believe he said the 'b' word. Cody starts crying.

"I'm telling on you."

"No, you're not cause I'll tell you called Wini a weirdo."

"You hurt my feelings, Cody."

Cody leaves and go over to the other jungle gym. Billie and I climb to the top of the jungle gym.

"I really do like-like you."

"Really"

"Yup. Cody's mean."

"Uh-huh."

"Do you wanna be my girlfriend"

"Yeah."

"Cool. You have to hold my hand and do what I say."

"Huh"

"You have to do what I say cause you're my girl."

"No I don't."

"Well, that's what my daddy says girl's do."

"Well, you're daddy's a butthead."

"Nu-uh."

"Yes-huh."

"Fine, you're not my girl."

"Fine."

He jumps down.

"Fine."

I watch as he walks away. He's not a 'little gentlemen'. He's a butthead. I think all boys are buttheads and I don't care who hears it.

"KIDS, RECESS IS OVER."

I go inside and sit away from Billie. The teacher gets our backpacks and gives them to us and then we wait for our parents. Mama comes in and picks me up after a few minutes. I stick my tongue out to Billie and then leave. I climb in Mama's car and we pull away.

"How was your day, Fred"

That's what I really like being called, 'Fred', not 'Wini'.

"Good."

"How's Billie"

"He's a butthead and I don't care who knows."
