TITLE: New Life
SUMMARY: Elliot starts his life, but what happens when his old life comes back to haunt him?

IntroIt had been a year since Elliot and Kathy got divorced. Since then Elliot has been enjoying his new life style. Every morning instead of waking up next to his bitchy blonde wife, he was waking up next to his beautiful brunette fiancé. For Him life couldn't get any better, until one Friday night.
Beep Beep Beep
Elliot woke up to the annoying sound of his alarm clock. He rolled over and looked at the red numbers that read 5:00am. He slapped the snooze button and rolled back over and draped his arm back across Olivia's waist, where it had been moments before.
"We have five more minutes." He mumbled into her neck.
"That's not long enough" Olivia sighed snuggling back towards his chest pressing against her back.
A few minutes later the annoying beeping returned and they finally managed to drag themselves out of bed after many disappointed grumbles. But duty calls. Elliot and Olivia got into the shower, got dressed and got into the car. The ride was made mostly in silence.
Finally Elliot reached over and took Olivia's hand in his, and entwined their fingers together. He slowly ran his fingers over the engagement ring Olivia was wearing, the one that he gave her. Looking at it, he smiled remembering when he proposed to her. Olivia glanced over at him and saw him smiling at her, and she smiled back.
"I Love you" she told him.
He picked up theirs hands and kissed hers. "I Love you to 'Liv."
They finally reached the office. Elliot parked the car and got out, going over to open Olivia's door for her. She reached down and once again clasped her hand in his. They walked in still holding hands. As always Munch and Fin made their remarks. Olivia and Elliot had learned to ignore them.
The captain came out and gave them their assignments for the day and they got off to a busy day of work.
That NightOlivia was sitting on Elliot's desk waiting for him to get done in his meeting with the captain. She was just about to leave and walk back to their place when she heard his voice.
"Ok, will do. See you tomorrow captain" Elliot called behind his shoulder walking towards his desk. He stopped when he saw Olivia sitting on it waiting for him.
"Hey Liv thanks for waiting." He said going over to her and putting his hands on her hips.
"Anything for you" she wrapped her arms around his neck and lightly kissed him on the mouth. "Plus you have the money for dinner."
Elliot chuckled "Always thinking about food huh?"
She smirked at him as she drew his lips to hers once more "Not always."
Elliot returned the kiss with all the passion he had in him, when he heard Olivia moan. He slowly lowered her so she was laying on his desk. He never took his lips of hers. They only stopped to take a breath, before continuing their heated kiss. He started to move his hands down her back and around toward her chest.
"Elliot?!" shrieked a voice he never thought he would hear again.
Elliot stopped kissing Olivia and they both glanced toward the squad room door and at the figure standing there.
"Kathy?"
