Disclaimer: I don't own the amazingness of Max Ride or Sugarcult.

Max.

I looked at the model-like faces that covered every square inch of area around us. We were at a huge protest against the War in Iraq. They transformed. Not caring who saw them anymore. They'd been like that lately, transforming into full Erasers in public places, apparently The School wanted us more than we thought.

I had an idea; I looked at Fang, telling him with my eyes that I had a plan.

"WOLF FREAKS!" I screeched as loud as I could.

What you wanted couldn't hold us down
What we needed turned it's back so
Out loud, we're telling your secrets
Out loud, to the lovers and fees
Out loud, cause you never experienced
This is the side of us nobody sees

People around us stared in awe. I gave Ari a smirk. Anger possessing him, it was scary, I'll admit, but it was also awesome. The protesters that stood next to the 'wolf freaks' whipped out their cameras, video cameras, and cell phones. Some people were taking pictures with said phones and others were calling the media. My smirk turned into a one-of-a-kind grin that was made of pure evil satisfaction.

Then, Ari did the stupidest thing he could have done. He gabbed the nearest Flock member. Angel. The six year old read my mind and screamed as loud as she could in mock fear.

That was when the violence started.

We're making something beautiful
Starting a riot
We've got this under our control
Starting a fight

People jumped every Eraser they could get their hands on. What? New York City could get aggressive. I love this city. The news trucks started arriving, getting out their cameras and quickly fixing their appearance. They were filming everything.

What you wanted couldn't hold us now
What we needed all came crashing down
Down, with the lies and cover ups
Down down, to the lovers and fees
Down now, cause you never experienced
This is the side that I'll never believe in

I took off my sweatshirt and unfurled my wings. The rest of the Flock followed my lead. I gave a sneer towards the Eraser that had long since dropped Angel. We owned this. We controlled every move that people made, and not because one of us could control people. Because we were the victims, and now, people knew.

We're making something beautiful
Starting a riot
We've got this under our control
Starting a fight
We're making something
We're taking nothing
We're starting something beautiful
Start a riot

I started to fight, carefully executing my moves so not to hit anyone that didn't deserve it. That is, some of the police officers started to deserve it when they tried to grab Fang.

What you wanted

I fought more people and harder than I ever had before. I was going to keep my Flock safe. No matter what.

When the police had apprehended almost everyone other than my family, I yelled, "U AND A!"

We're making something beautiful
Starting a riot
We've got this under our control
Starting a fight
We're making something
We're taking nothing
We're starting something beautiful
Start a riot (hey hey)
Riot (hey hey)
Riot (hey hey)

We flew to our most recent home and collapsed into a pile of laughing kids. That's how it's supposed to be. And I figured something out through our crazy riot, if a police officer grabs the guy you love beat him up.

Oh my gods. I love Fang.

Yeah, it was really short. But this is one of my favorite songs and I was like, I WANT TO MAKE THIS INTO A SONG-FIC! So yeah. Here we are!

You get a figurative cookie if you review.

You know you see the little purple box.

SO THERE! WOOHOO!

And yes, the little bit of FAX needed to be in there.
