That was where it stopped. All went black, my case files disappeared, and I ended up alone once again. I looked ahead and saw one thing and one thing only. That symbol. The symbol that I hated more than anything in the world.

A snake slithered its way and rested itself inside a large sharply pointed capital "D."

I heard a voice, his voice echo and break the silence in the darkness with the same coldness I remembered.

"The deception will continue. The Master will pay. The 'phoenix' will die. I swear it."

I looked up. The flare was back. It was getting to that time.
