Moments Realization

Has no one told you that you're no longer breathing?
Has no one mentioned that you've finally passed on?
This release from sanctity has left you bleeding,
For you wouldn't listen when told that you were wrong.

Burning in the flames of a reminiscent past,
You fight through the fire to regrettably find,

As you join them in your despair and emptiness,
Relay one message for me, and look them in the eyes,
See their souls reek of lonely wails and tell them this.

Your luck and dreams won't save you from an early grave,
A friend in need is a friend worthy of your care,
Set down your sword and pen and find a friend to save.

I was thinking about Kai when I wrote this thing. I was picturing him in season one, when he was standing on the lake the ice cracking around him, in those few seconds before the BladeBreakers pull him to safety. Or something like that.
