I stood and stared out ahead of me, at the other realms and dimensions that are out there. The Bifrost is an amazing thing. The rainbow bridge
to other worlds. The only path from Asgard to Midgard ,and other foreign lands. As I stood, gazing at the unknown, I felt a hand come down on my
shoulder. I froze in fear. The person put their head on mine. "What are you gazing at so intensely, my dear Nauma?" A familiar voice whispered
in my ear. I smiled. "Loki!" I scolded, spinning around, "you scared the life out of me!" I held my hand on my chest, feigning palpitations. He
grinned. "I am sorry for the fright. I just wondered what you were doing here, unaccompanied." He always hates when I do that. He says it makes
him nervous. I can't imagine why. All-Father has Asgard protected with the utmost care and ability. I pulled myself out of thought long enough
to answer him. "Oh Loki! You know me! I have always been one to sneak off, and question things! My spying of the other worlds, is nothing more
than curious habit!" I answered, nonchalantly. He nodded, but still looked displeased. "That may be, but I would prefer you stay inside the
kingdom's true walls, as a precaution," "Precaution for what? You know as well as I do, we're safe from anything the heavens can throw at us! All-Father insures our safety," He
smiled at me, a smile that seemed to say, what a naïve little women you are, Nauma. "Things may be closer to touching us than we think, sometimes," And
with those unsettling words, we walked back through the kingdom's protective barrier.
